| Hello everyone! Firstly, I brought cookies to bribe you all to talk to me- er, to be nice, so help yourself!
*Gestures to a table filled with cakes, cookies, muffins and other sweets*
A little about myself. I'm a first-time mother with an 18 month old little girl. I love her to pieces, but I'll try not to bombard you with stories about her- unless you ask.
I love animals to a near cat-lady extent, and have a habit of feeding and re-homing strays. I own three cats of my own, 2 cocktiels, a Caldonian crested gecko, and several fiddler crabs.
I love music, art, avatar and pet communities, Dungeons & Dragons (really tabletop roleplaying in general), gaming, hiking, fantasy, photography, minitures painting and sculpting, cooking, doing things the DIY way, and the color green.
I'm on a lot of sites around the web, so if my name look familiar, you may have seen me before. I'm on Solia, Aywas, Menewsha, Zantarni, DeviantArt and Nutrinopets (R.I.P.) under the name KiwiRose, Roliana as Dacey the Dame, and Gaia as Erratak (though I'm never there). That's what I can think of off the top of my head.

| Hmm, well, my daughters name is August Lynn Marie. She's rather adorable, and she knows it. Uses it to her advantage all the time.
I'll tell you a story from earlier today.
We're trying to teach my daughter that you say please when you ask for things, but that doesn't always mean you'll get them. She has a very hard to break habit of want food off of other people's plates.
So, I'm eating my Alfredo pasta today, and she finishes her lunch before me and runs over. Naturally, she starts a repetitive chain of "Please? Please? Mommy? Please?" while pointing t me food. I tell her no, this is mommy's food, and she pouts, then repeats the mommy please over and over again.
Eventually, she gives up on this, grabs her water bottle, drags herself on the couch next to me, and proceeds to try and trade sips of her water for me food. She goes as far as to repeat mommy over and over to get my attention, make a bit theatrical example of how to drink the water, smacks her lips and says "Ahhh." then holds it up to me expectantly.
I have no idea where she learned this, but the little sprog ended up with some of my food.

| That is such a beautidul name! I was born in August!
That made me laugh so hard, my mom looked at me funny... . She is already learning manipulation hehe. At least she is trying to trade instead of just taking right? She sounds so adorable!! what is your favorite part about her?

| I name her August, because that's the month my mom was born in. When I got pregnant, my mother said "You better not name that baby after me!"
So, being the butt-heads we are, the hubby and I picked the month she was born in. Our daughter was born in June, so we get questions all the time. XD
I have no idea why my mother didn't want us to use her name (Lynn), I think it's a fine name. So naturally, we stuck it in as one of the two middle names.
My favorite thing about her? I would say her smile and laugh. She's got the most contagious smile and laugh, it's hard to resist joining it.
