Why can't I see anyone's avatar?

How I do that?
I went to avatar but I'm still confused >___>

Go to the avatar page, wait for it to load completely (shouldn't be too long since you don't have much items). Then you can click on each layer's name (those words in the top box to the right) to get a view of your items and select the ones you want to wear. Right now, you should be able to pick a base, mouth, nose, eyes, eyebrows, ears, hair, and you also have some loin clothes in the bottom and top layer, and some undies. When you're done, just save and you'll have your first avatar.

How do i get cool items like you guys :O

Some of the items I'm wearing are event items. There's a winter even going on, and you can get items by spending ice crystals (which you earn from posting) to complete quests, or you can fight monsters to complete quests for the items.

Other items you can earn by spending silver, which you earn from posting or fighting monsters. Some of these items are commons, which can be found in the shops, and others are special items (donation, event, etc.) that you can get by buying from users.
