| o uo I saw the newest movie... I think, when it came out. But I prefer the actual series over the movie. Because The Next Generation is awesome.
I would hate to enroll into Starfleet as a tactical officer(AKA red shirt), they die easily. :c 'specially when they're ensigns. [/rants on and on about TNG]

|  I have a trekkie as a friend and lets just say she compares everything to star wars and then goes all ape on the sexiness of certain characters.
I like the star wars with captain piccard and thats about it, so I don't get all of her euphemisms... sometimes I just wish she'd stop with all of the trekkie nonsense.
the movie was okay, its seemed to be on enormous fanfiction though

| i knew a kid in high school that would flip out if you mixed up star trek and star wars. So of course we did it all the time.

| The Next Generation is the Star Trek with Picard. :c Not Star Wars.
I don't find it to be a fanfiction. It's based off of the Original Series. I mean, it could be CONSIDERED a fanfiction. But few actual episodes past the middle of TNG were written by Gene Roddenberry.
There are more episodes/movies that were written by someone that was not the original creator than the episodes/movies that were.

| no seriously I'm referring to the time travel stuff it was like a big red flag with AU and time pardox written all over it.
I enjoyed the movie, not as much as the original star wars.
lol star wars... I meant star trek all this star crap, star gate, dancing with stars...

And the only reason I know about the 'red shirts' is from the mini-parody mentioned on Kim Possible >>;;
I mean, I've seen chunks of the occasional episode, buuuut that's about it.
