Name: Noa
Nickname(s): None.
Gender: Male
Herd: Hallowind
Guild & Class: Warrior protector
Quirks: Hates wearing clothes; is a bit of a scatter-brain; allergic to oyster.

Relatives: Noa only has one sibling, his brother Aon. His mother, a guard, and his father, a forager, were in another herd (than Hallowind). When Shota started Hallowind, he asked the twin's mother if she would join him, and she sent Aon and Noa instead, who were both protectors at the time.

Personality: Noa has a strong and confident presence, which is a little intimidating for some people who don't know him well. Those that do know him, are quite aware that he's just a big teddy bear. He loves helping others, and gets pretty protective of the people he cares about. Nothing could compare to his relationship with his twin brother, though. Noa would give his life to save Aon's, and often gets worried like a mother hen when Aon is out of his sight for too long.

Noa is a bit of a daydreamer, and hates feeling restricted by anything- including clothes. The only time he can be convinced to wear anything is in the Cold Seasons, and only if it's a comfortable and loose sweater. Unlike his brother, he is wary of change and prefers his life to be stable and secure. He often loses sleep while traveling with Aon, as he doesn't feel safe until they're at their ally herd.

Biography: Noa's father was always very gentle and forgiving, but didn't quite understand how to deal with children. His mother was more adequate at the job, but was often busy with herd matters or teaching other kids. As such, Noa and Aon were usually left to their own devices. Noa took advantage of his three minute seniority to boss Aon around. He liked being in charge, but only when being in charge meant having fun.

Both boys became willing protectors, and Aon, being more of a learner than Noa, quickly absorbed all the strategies for different attacks and defenses. But Noa was strong and nimble, and tended to win more practice fights simply by instinctive skill. He loved fighting and wrestling, and enjoyed all the praise he got for his innate talent. Yet his mentor never seemed impressed, and one day told Noa that he didn't have the discipline to be a skill-fighter, such as using whips or being an archer. Afterwards, Noa trained hard- something he wasn't used to having to do- and became a very skilled archer.

Both Aon and Noa were on the verge of joining the soldier's ranks when their mother told them that Shota was looking for protectors to join his herd. Aon had always loved new adventures and stories, and agreed immediately. Noa definitely didn't want to leave, but knew that his more free-spirited brother would go without him, and so he agreed simply so he could continue taking care of Aon. The change didn't come easy for Noa, and he was restless and uncomfortable for the first few months in the new herd, which was really more of a family at the time. And when he finally started to become more comfortable as more protectors came to Hallowind, Aon up and decided to be a merchant.

He and Noa had a huge fight on the matter, and didn't talk for a week. Yet as Aon was packing for his first trip to an ally herd, Noa came up with his own packed things and asked when they were leaving. Aon took it as suavely as ever, but Noa could tell he was holding in a lot of relief and happiness. As if he really thought Noa would let his baby brother wander miles away on his own. And so that's what they've been doing since then. Noa has gotten a bit more comfortable with it as years have gone by, but he still relishes in the couple of weeks they get to spend back at Hallowind or with their parents' herd every year.

Yay, here comes Tari! It's been quite a while since I've roleplayed.

Name: Tari
Nickname(s): None, please don't call her Tar
Gender: Female
Herd: Hallowind
Guild & Class: Warrior Protector
Quirks: Doesn't like asparagus, starts scratching her abs when she's nervous. She loves honey.
Relatives: Tari has a mother, a worker, and father, a bard. She is a single child, but soon expecting a new brother or sister. She used to have an older brother, before he died of some strange illness. She has several cousins, mostly in other herds, but she doesn't know them well.
Personality: Tari loves to explore, but she doesn't feel comfortable wandering too far from the herd. She's easily spooked, but she tries to hide it and is quick to dismiss any commentary about it. Sometimes she thinks she would've done better as a bard, but she became a protector because she hates feeling defenceless and is quite overprotective of her friends and family. She gets embarrassed easily. She isn't very good at making friends. She feels very self-conscious when she takes her mask off. Tries to avoid work whenever she can, but in the end always gets the job done.
Biography: As a young child, Tari was always terrified of leaving the herd too far, even when she was accompanied by someone else. One day, her brother went, and wasn't coming back. Tari was extremely worried, but she was afraid of going to find him. In the end, worry won over fear, and she went off to look for him. When she found him, he was stuck under a fallen log, which luckily wasn't too big to crush him, but was still too heavy for one centaur to push off himself at the angle her brother was. Tari got someone to help him. Since then, she'd been trying to master her fear of being alone.
Soon her brother fell fatally ill and died, the healers unable to do anything. Tari felt guilty and thought that it was her own fault, because he must've caught the illness while being stuck all day under that log, and she hadn't been quick enough to find him. Tari vowed she'd never let anyone die because of her again.
When it came to choosing her guild, she chose Warrior, so that she'd be able to protect everyone. At first she tried archery, but then decided to attempt throwing knifes. She soon grew quite skilled at using them, in both ranged and close combat.

Finally put together a profile for Vin...

Name: Vin’Dorai
Nickname: Vin
Gender: Female
Herd: Hallowind
Guild & Class: Shaman healer
Quirks: Vin is an extremely light sleeper and often takes midnight walks. Somehow, she can still be very energetic in the morning.
Relatives: Vin was adopted because her biological parents died, one from a training accident and another from disease. She was adopted by Jace and his partner Kali. Jace is an older soldier, and Kali is a fisher. Vin also has aunts on Jace’s side (Hazel and Seneca), and four cousins (Jaxim, Leea, Saffi, and Kaylee), but Kali was an only child, so no uncles or cousins there. She chats often with her female cousins, because she’s intrigued by their guild choice, and they all like her because Kali goes to the beach very often, so hanging with Vin means trips to the beach! Wahey! Vin likes Jax, but finds him hard to talk to.
Personality: Vin takes almost nothing seriously, except when people are actually hurt. She’s very talkative, often cracking jokes in the most awkward time possible. As a child, she often challenged other young centaurs to mock fights, and did rather well. If she lost, she lost graciously, and if she won, she’d shrug and say that it was a good day. Vin has a tendency to ramble about things, not noticing that people don’t really care about the configuration of oysters on the beach last week. She doesn’t notice much, really, except the things that are right around her. She can tell you exactly what that person over there was cooking when she walked by two hours ago, but she totally missed the solar eclipse that everyone was gawking at. The only time that she isn’t giggling at something stupid is when someone’s actually been hurt. A small scratch is nothing important, but a bad burn or a broken bone requires her attention.
Biography: Vin’s parents both died when she was very young, and she was adopted by an older couple who wanted a child but had been unsuccessful in their attempts. Vin does not remember her biological parents, but she carries a pendant that belonged to her father, who was a healer. Her mother was a soldier, and Vin knew that she wanted to follow in one of their footsteps, but wasn’t sure which path she wanted to take for a very long time. She grew up with Jace and all of his nieces, who were all Warriors, and her own challenging nature pulled her to that path, but she realized that she didn’t even take those mock fights seriously, and was only pulled from her cloud when someone was hurt. She chose to follow in her father’s footsteps and become a healer. She doesn’t have the best bedside manner but she gets her patients up and running very quickly.
