| I'm just afraid of loop de loops and corkscrews, mainly loop de loops.
MY brother told me a story about this ride at the state fair. It was just a circle you went around in, and this group of kids from his graed were on it and got stuck upside down on the ride. There were ther, upside down, for 30 minutes.
So I've been nervous about those since... >->

| I am back! I ate so much food at the restaurant. Oh, man. Now I'm just snugging with my cat and chatting.

I don't particularly care for going upside down, either. Not because I'm afraid of getting stuck or anything... Just never cared for it. I prefer taaaaaaall roller coasters, really.

| Oh no ~ I would be terrified if that happened to me. I'd probably faint or something. And I want to say "I'm sure that rarely happens, so what are the chances of it happening again?", but I know that with the kind of luck I have it's the kind of thing that would happen to me even if it just happened the day before and was never likely to happen again. *shivers* It freaks me out just to think about that happening.
Maybe you can work your way up to rides like that. Go on one's that are a little more mild first and maybe by the time you get to the bigger ones you'll be ready to give it a shot.
And there are so many other things to do too besides the rides like that so I'm sure you'll have a great time!! When are you going?

| Maybe get a friend to go with you and say you two were planning on going and ask them to join you? You still get to meet them without having to worry about if it's a date or not.

| Squidly ~ first off, did you try googling their name to make sure they're not some insane freak who's already been into trouble? Chances aren't likely, but still.
Second, do you have a couple of friends who could go to the same place you're going (but not with you) and can spy on you to make sure nothing goes awry.
Third, maybe you should say something to them about not wanting to label it as a date or anything until you've had a chance to meet each other and see if you're compatible or whatever.
Fourth, what happened to the Canadian? Do you still talk and stuff?

| Oh, goodness. I'm still wild about my Canadian. And actually, that reminds me of a question I had regarding that. So. You know on msn you can make your background for each individual window custom... Well... My Canadian showed me the image that is used for my window. And it's ... a couple. But it's Harley Quinn and Joker. And they're all cute and romanticy... And I can't figure out if it's being used because I like Harley Quinn or if it's because it's a couple.
Ugh. I hate this. I hate emotions ;3; Why aren't I robot squid!?
