    First you need to click the "Avatar" link at the top of the page.

    I see you've selected a base, eyes, etc., so I assume you at least know the process of clicking an item and saving it.

    Starter clothes are located on the "Bottoms" and "Tops" layers, as well as some sandals on the "Shoes" layer.

    Just click those items and press "Save." You're avi will then be changed. :D

You may need to clock the avatar page again and then refresh for your newly saved avatar to show up. :3

I had the same problem too.
Just click where it shows a whole list of parts like "hair" and "under top"
click those things.
Clothing should show up then.
