Is it possible to check what happened to an item?

Well, I was looking through the forums and I decided that I wanted to make my avatar into the true form of the Deities ( Not the fallen ones ). But, when I attempt I couldn't find the base and I thought it was weird. I checked my inventory and I didn't see it either. It was almost impossible for me not to have it considering I would buy all the DI's without fail. I have the cat/unicorn, but I for some reason don't have the horse which bothers me so much cause I used it before and to not have it now either means something happened or I gave it/trade it to someone. But, I don't remember X_X'; Is there a way to check?

Did you check your outbox/sentbox and make sure you didn't accidentally send it? (there would be a message in there saying you did)

Have you by any chance sold/given any of the Halloween EIs to anyone recently?

I know some of them were glitched and caused other items to latch on. D;

I checked twice and I didn't see anything that says I sent that particular item to another person. Unless I'm blind D:

Well, did you buy the item from a user? If you did, you should locate the posts where the transaction took place.
