I don't know what my upstairs neighbor is doing, but he or she keeps banging on something, at any hour. It is so annoying. I don't know if he or she is hanging pictures, having sex and the headboard is banging against the wall or whatever, but its always above my bedroom where I am all day, every day and gives me a head ache. I yell at he or she to stop and I'm too nervous to go up there and yell at them. UGH! I hate inconsiderate neighbors, they make me so mad.

I get bad headaches a lot. They're different kinds of headaches in different areas so I assume they are caused by different things.

I've been getting migraines since I was 16 and although I have tried different different things the doctors have prescribed for me I have found that the only thing that gets rid of my migraines is Excedrine. I've been told they are vascular migraines which I think they said means the veins are constricted and the blood is trying to pump through them so the veins need to be opened up to let the blood flow through easily. It's been many years since they told me so I'm not positive I'm remembering that correctly. They usually consume either the front of my head or the top of my head and my neck and they make me really nauseous. I've tried applying pressure and things like that and it's never worked. And I think I also have a circulation problem which might contribute to the vascular migraines.

I think I also get tension headaches when I stress out. Those are more of a sharp pain attacking certain spots rather than consuming a whole area. They are often in the front of my head kind of behind my eyes and they make me feel like I need to crack my neck. I can usually get rid of those with regular aspirin but I need to take at least three.

And although I never had allergies growing up I think maybe I have some now because I seem to also get sinus headaches which I think are caused by allergies.


And the sugar thing that was mentioned ~ I think if you eat a lot of sugary stuff you can get headaches when you don't eat so much of it because your body is craving that sugar rush. Kind of like withdrawals I guess.

I randomly get headaches. But I guess I normally get them when I'm bored or annoyed I guess.

I don't have anything special that gets rid of them though. Just have to get through it best I can. Sometimes music helps, but I can only do that at home? (It has to be music I like though)

I don't know what causes my headaches but I usually sleep or take aspirin to get rid of them.
