| The rats heart? Yeah it can pump water, our hearts all just use the electical impulses to stimulate those two nerves that get the vavles moving
also, freezing the umbilical cord is a good idea, the stem cells are preserved for if your child needs new liver cells due to his infected ones, or brain cells in the worse case o.o
and lastly, the arm, if you can make a whole body, why not an arm? Also, I didn't say sewing it one would be completely working, I'm just saying if they make robotic arms that can move, I'm sure a real arm would be better suited to integrating with the body then a machine.

| If cloning could be used like that, then great! One question just entered my head, but I think I know the answer. Why doesn't your arm rot even if you lose feeling?

| because there is still blood going through it, nerves may be severed, but not blood vessels..

| I remember doing a research paper of this in English. ( Which is this month. LAWL. ) I'm personally against it because I'm an animal lover, although I eat meat that doesn't mean I don't feel anything towards animals. I've attempted to be a vegetarian but that didn't work out well as I was hoping because I play sports. -going off topic!- >>>
I don't like how the animals are having to be the test subjects for their experiment on cloning. Because of how many of the cloning process failed and the many animals that died I think it's not right. It's like not caring for the animal rights just because we have much more intelligence than they do or it's like taking advantage of our power and use it on the weak. Although, I must say that cloning may prove to be useful and benefit for us and other animals, but at the least not let so many of the animals died just for our sake.
If they can't decrease the number of the dying animals I don't think it should continue, unless they figure a way to prevent them from dying and start from there. @.@

| I beleive, like with all things, there are good points and bads points to a given situation. I don't think an entire human body should be cloned. What is the purpose? To remove their organs whenever a Human is in dire need? In a world where we already are so mean to other living, breathing, authentic humans, what kind of tortment would we subject a clone to. Also, the survival rate of clones (so far statistics for cloned animals) is very low. The clones that do survive "birth" are often sickly with tumors, heart problems, disfigured and are of abnormally large size. I hate to think of the torture these animals go through much less what humans would have to go through.
I do think that cloning body parts, organs, etc. is remarkable and I am totally for cloning under these circumstances.

| I don't support cloning actual people It wouldn't be right. Cloning certain animals would be fine as long as the creatures have a human life before what ever they were cloned for completes the circle...like pigs' with human oragn transplants.
I do support cloning of organs and other items that allow the advancement of the medical sciences.

it would be amazing to have a sister clone of myself. I would love that. I would have someone to play my video games with and have fun with.
