I haven't been keeping up with Beanie Babies ever since the hype about them went down.

Ugh, I feel so... trend-following when I say that. D:

Meh, me either, but I just adore the old Beanie Babies. I once went to a garage sale, and they had a bunch of the old "rare" beanie babies for super cheap... Keep in mind, though, this was all after they became "unpopular"... ;_;

I bet there are still some hardcore collectors out there that would pay a pretty penny for those.

I'm not sure if this counts, but I collect my playbills XP
For every show I see, I keep the playbill from it. I have a whole bunch of playbills, some of them are for the same show since I've seen some twice. Let me see what I know off the top of my head... I have Wicked, Les Miserables, Hairspray, In the Heights, Phantom of the Opera, Spring Awakening and I think something else, I don't remember XP
I have 2 for Wicked, 2 for Les Miserables, 2 for Hairspray, 1 for In the Heights, 2 for Phantom of the Opera, and 1 for Spring Awakening. That's at least 10 playbills for 6 shows. Not much XP

I collect food... Then I eat it!
Besides that, I don't collect anything...

Oh man, I collect all sorts of things. Books and zines, art, and prints are some of the more personal things I collect... as for "trinkets" I collect the fortunes from fortune cookies (I have a whole box full). I used to collect Beanie Babies, and bottle caps, and many other objects. I have a lot of little vinyl toys, but I don't actively "collect" them. When I was really little I collected balls of fuzz!

Alyss, I also collect programs and ticket stubs... especially from things I was in!

Azel -- I like that fortune collection. You could do some really great found art works with that, lol. But it's probably more fun as a collection.

I collect, um. Flamingo things. Everything and anything, from postcards to figurines to embroidered patches. Hot pink + bird + tropical setting + kitsch = win.

Pie gadgets, though they're more useful than a true collection. But there are so many different kinds of pie vents they get pretty decorative. I started to collect fancy tea balls but realized I'd run out of space for them.

That's pretty much it, I try to stay away from collecting things, just because they take up too much space. (Recurring theme.)

I do have some war game minis that I've painted and such and some original art. Those will probably become collections at some point. Problem being I have absolutely no space for storage at the moment.

Oh! That reminds me: I also collect old keys and other found objects to make jewelry out of. I'm wearing these earrings right now.

And yeah... I put some fortunes in a photo album I made for a friend's high school graduation, but even then I copied them rather than using the originals!

I collect pins too! =DDD
I lov the little buttons with funny sayings on them the most, but I bought a few pins from Disneyland of my favourite characters, like the Cheshire Cat.

Back in high school, we used to have to wear lanyard with our ID cards on them so that people would know we went to the school. It was a security thing. bt it was a real mess when people were sent home because they didn't have their ID cards.
Anyway, because of that, my friends and I all started decorating the heck out of our lanyards with a bunch of buttons. Sometimes we would trade buttons too. But maaaaan I love those things.

What do your cheshire pins look like and what year did you buy them if I may ask? :3

I collect band pins that I buy at concerts or where ever.
I have one of the Sex Pistols, Ramones, the White Stripes, Reel Big Fish, NOFX, Neil Young, the Rolling Stones, Bob Marley, Iron Maiden and Metallica.
I love them. C:

I also have a huge collection of handmade jewellery that'd I've boughten at thrift stores, garage sales and during travel.

When I was little, I use to collect all sorts of things. Like money, miniture objects, erasers and candy wrappers. x]

I only have one Cheshire Cat pin, and he's just curled up and grinning. Don't remember the year. It's kind of old, though.

I don't collect pins... but I do make them! I bought a badge maker from Badge-a-Minit this Christmas, and I'm making pins out of my artwork. I'm planning on selling them for about a dollar each. ^^
