Just one role remains, and they haven't been on since Night Phase began. We thinl. So Mum might be switching the role to someone else, someone who currently has a Villager role.

I didn't think any of our players had gone absent. It seems pretty easy to keep track. There are only eight of us!

Yep, one has apparently vanished. They had two mules, as well! Well, one. We killed the first.

Yep, I knew it had to be Sly. :P We can't get a hold of her? Giving away her role doesn't really seem like a fair solution to me. :/

Also true! But I don't know, I still think it's worse that Kathira may have accidentally found out who the wolves are. And anyway, I guess if Witch passes the role off to someone else, then the problem of us knowing is kind of solved? Still sucks for Sly.

In most games, Night phase has a time limit. Everybody gets 48 hours to send in their night actions. That way we don't know who we're waiting on and whatnot. Though if they forget to submit their night action, and they're like the sheriff or something, it will be obvious that the sheriff is somebody who hasn't been active. Which is why many games have alternates who come from outside of the game and sub in for people who haven't been on in 24 hours. When having a list of alts isn't feasible, I have also seen games that just automatically kill players who haven't posted in 24 hours. Which would be super nasty and unpredictable in a game with mules. :P So I mean, ideally, everybody who agrees to play the game will actually be active during it.

Well that still wouldnt be fair because then we know for sure that Sly isn't a wolf and that makes her pretty much set for winning as a villager unless she gets eaten by wolves. I was also thinking that we could just take Sly's role and not give it to anybody, but then the first problem still persists. I also agree that this round was kinda ruined by Kathira possibly knowing the wolves, and now this problem just adds to the mix. It would have been fine if we weren't told the person who didn't send in their night action, because then my second solution may have been fine.

With having so many roles and so few players (since players are playing as two or three characters), I think everyone has a role, technically. In a couple of hours it will be 48hrs since the last post by Sly or one of her mules, so I'll do a quick juggle and write up accordingly.

Hm, yep. I actually looked it over again, and there are only like four non-wolf roles that have a night action. So us knowing Sly has one is kind of a big deal. And you're right, this kind of makes it obvious she's not a wolf.

We wouldn't have had to take away her role at all if Witch hadn't told Kathira she had one. This is why I think a time limit on Night phase is a good idea. If you forget to use your night action, oh well, tough cookies. You snooze, you lose.

I have to admit, Peril, you have a good idea there. Because we already have an idea now that she has a role. And I have no idea what it is, but it is something. >w< Maybe she's a seer? o.o;

I haven't disappeared either... Just nothing much to do since it's night and we can't have real discussions.

Perhaps sly has been caught up with real life and is unable to access the internet? (ie, not at home?)

That's possible, but Mum doesn't particularly want everyone currently playing to lose track or interest due to Waiting For Sly.
