| I wasn't really sure whether it was appropriate to create a new thread about me being new or not but, I don't really know what the deal is around here. Like, does everyone get along? Does it matter whether or not you are rich? Is this community tight nit and nice or is it obnoxious and if you're new you have no chance? (Believe me, there are plenty of avatar communities like this.)
But, anyway, hi!

| People here tend to be fairly nice and welcoming from what I've noticed. That's just my opinion, though. I may be, and likely am, a bit biased. But, I do hope you'll feel the same way soon! ^^
Also...Please be careful not to step on the welcome cake I put in front of your entry way in the thread. It'd be less tasty if it's stepped on o.o;

Why thank you for the cake. Your warning made me look down before my foot hit the ground and so was not destroyed.
Until my teeth began to bite into it. I'm afraid I have to go and wash up since this delicious cake has gotten frosting all over my face

| Hehe, it'll do that xD I'm glad you enjoyed it though. A sweet gift to someone I can only assume is sweet just seems like a nice idea, y'know? Though it's bad for anyone dieting huh...Oh well. A little cheat never always hurt anyone.

| Hey, welcome to Mido. Everyone is pretty friendly here. If you want to jump in and just start chatting, I'd recommend posting somewhere in The Lounge. People will welcome you into the threads, and you don't have to stay on topic there.
I've certainly never seen any of our users treat anyone differently for not having rare items. We have a lot of rares since we're so old, so people sometimes get a little intimidated by that - but, we're currently working on a way to get those items circulating again. You can check the Poll subforum in the News & Announcements forum to give your feedback on that subject.
Aynway, again, welcome to Midorea. ^^ I hope you enjoy it here. And, if you have any questions, feel free to ask.
