Ahh yes, return to the mothership~

And NC? I know several member from there, and then several around that area. We were going to do a camping trip over the summer, but busy and everything else so nothing ever came of it.

That sounds fun though! So they do meetups a lot?

I grew up with Walt Disney World being my backyard. I have yet to go to the original park so I'm excited. o3o

And I wish there were more peeps in the north west [USA], cause I need an apartment soon. <n<

Hehe, sadly I'm in the northeast. I'd rather live northwest to be honest, particularly in the quasi-northern part of California- I lived there a few months when I was just going into teenage-hood, many years ago now. It was a lot nicer there than it is by me x-o

Everyone should come to Oregon, no sales tax! :D
Or if in the north east, go to New Hampshire [the other state with no sales tax]! :D

I was planning to live in California, but didn't get the Disney job so yeah.
Now I'm just visiting it. xD

Oregon has NO sales tax? Like, at all? Seriously? Okay, now I need to talk to dad about those places. But...What's the weather like? And apartment prices? xD

I've been to oregon once in the summer during a family roadtrip. we stayed near the coast and the weather was fiiiiiiine.

There is no retail sales tax at all so if its $4.99, its $4.99 total. o3o
The only thing thats really taxed that I know of is like the lodging tax [for hotels and stuff], etc.

Weather in Oregon is bi-polar during most of the year. Right now in the summer, its mainly sunny and in the 80s. [where i am anyway].
On the coast, very rainy and windy and cold, except like a month in the summer.
Fun fact; Seaside, Oregon was the first beach resort tourist vacation spot thingyer on the west coast. [due to Lewis and Clarks' journey]

And I dunno much about apartment pricing besides the usual, its expensive to live in Portland. [And smells of pee and homeless people the last weekend I was there ;n; ]

I was down in Oregon a couple week ago; specifically Portland then Eugene. I'd try to convince people that Washington is cooler, but the no sales tax is pretty fantastic. Not gonna lie.

We basically get almost all weather here. XD

Cat: I don't think there has been that many meetups this year...I know last year there were quite a few...even ones in Europe because Keith went over there. That and there's an achievement to be earned if you go to a Subeta Meetup, stay for at least 2 hours, and turn in your username. Although some people can't stay that long and we had a couple of people leave (of whom I am friends with on subeta) because of family decided to come in from out of state at last minute...they were still able to get the achievement even though they were there for 45 minutes.

June: We have the Europe Busch Gardens here in Virginia.

Terrena: We get a lot of weather types too. Let's see, this past 12 months...Hurricane? Check x-o, Noreaster? Check (right after hurricane. Great two weeks, I tell ya.). Heat waves? Check. Calm weather? Also check. Thunder/lightning storms? Check...Okay so so far I think the only thing we haven't had is the hurricane's relative the tornado.

Okay I want to move there now. We always have high humidity in summer and low humidity in winter. Meaning we have cold, dry air or hot wet air. I'd much rather it be the opposite, especially with the hot air x-o Humidity in summer sucks.

And what's Kumoricon? I don't know it. I should go look it up~ But...Either way, I hope you have fun!

I know how that is, I lived in Florida during my childhood. x3
