| Yup, 18 too here in Canada. I'm graduating on the 20th!
Congrats AnDe! I bet it feels incredible to be done with that part of your life!
I have two days left of school, then exams on the 12th and the 15th and I'm done with high school!
I've already started picking out courses for uni this fall. Trying to fit all my classes in a timetable is harder than I thought it would be. :U

I'm fairly new here and i joined because i loved the avatars
I wished i was able to get some of those event items though, but i came too late to get any of the pretty flowers. xD
I'm still not all that sure about my way around
but at least i was able to save up to buy something to keep my avi from being nakies

| you can easily buy the flowers from the event in the market place! ^_^ i came into the event in the last couple of days, so i don't have any going spare, but plenty of other people do and are selling them

its good to meet you, too ^_^ always nice to see new faces around (or... avatars?)
I am good, pleased as i've actually hit my deadline today XD and got a grade back from another subject, which i got the best grade on, so i'm pretty happy! ^_^ i dont expect the piece i just submitted will do so well, since it was such a rush job, hehe... i need to work on getting things finished ahead of time next year :S

| I was attracted by the super pretty avatars everywhere
and the banner made in an add made me curious beyond belief
so i came x'D
It's weird that you guys don't have an automated market yet
like other two sites i know, taking into account how old you guys are
(or maybe you do and i haven't found it orz 8u)
Oh that's great! i still have final projects that need to be turned in
but at least there done for me too x'D
what kind of pieces are you submitting? when i think of pieces
i think of art, is it art?

| haha yea... i think Chu is probably right :') plus, a lot of stuff is traded rather than directly sold for currency. i dunno, i think it's a little more personal this way ^_^
it's not art! I did intend to pursue a more artistic career when i was younger, though, so points anyway? .gif) I'm studying animal management these days, so my work is more to do with science (biology, genetics etc) and things like animal welfare.

| Oh hahaha not gaia, they're more of a corporation than anything else
a site called KofK (kingdom of knuffel)
they also have an automated market and they are still
a pretty small site run by two admins (one artist, one coder)
and a handful of moderators.
There is also a trading system there but no donate to users
which i thought was kinda cool here
hahaha i see, i wanted to be a vet once
sounds like an interesting career and even though i love animals to death
(i have many pets)
i've figured it wasn't for me, so i am taking a more of an artistic path now
i'm still studying however, C:
I'm still a junior in high school ATM....well more of senior already
since the school year is almost over here
I'm quite exited about it too.....because my GPA for the year
is going to as high as 4.4!!!
I'm so proud because i have manage to have straight A's

it's a very nice and small community
