| I've heard a few of those titles. I'm familiar with InuYasha I think that was the very first anime I ever watched. It went on for forever. XD

| I recommend Bleach and Fairy Tail for longer series anime. Both are AMAZING!
For anime ranging from 12-26 episodes I recommend:
Darker than Black
Rosario+Vampire
Highschool of the Dead
Chrome Shelled Regios
Sword Art Online
And MANY more.
And Blood+ is 50 episodes.

| I've seen Blood + and I loved it. Right now I'm running through Serial Experiments Lain, Durarara!, and Eureka 7 with my boyfriend.

| I really liked Eureka 7, and Sword Art Online was quite good as well (though to me, it was natural to like it because for me I related it quite strongly to my old love of the dot-hack series). I've watched the first season of Rosario+Vampire, too...And a few others on the list mentioned by the King. I mostly watch my anime on subs at the moment...Waiting impatiently for the next season of Phi Brain to come out. For now, I just watch Nyaruko-san and Yuyushiki as I wait~ And occasionally rewatch other stuff.
And now, to stop rambling. Oops.
