I'll assume the armor was a 20gold item, so that'd make it 2000silver. In my opinion, prices should go up over time, but going by other avatar sites and the real world, they tend to go down. So 1500 to 3000 seems like a decent spectrum for an older gold shop item, you can choose the price. I'm in no real need for cash, but I do like gold ;3 5 gold is 500 silver as a heads up. Now for the watch.... Let's say 250 to 500 silver. Again, you decide. But if you find any cheaper prices out there, I'm cool with pricing down further. Pardon my indecisive banter.
