I can't wear my scarf D;

So I has a suggestion. Is there any way you could move the neck layer in front of the hair layer? I was so excited for the scarves, but I can't wear them unless I use a short hair style because the hair layers over the scarves in a very strange and obvious way. ;_;

I was planning to move them anyway. But when I do, you won't be able to wear any shoulder items.

Can we have an option to have it either way, because I like my outfit the way it is, and the scarf where it is, and now if I go to resave my avatar, I will lose this because the scarf were moved.

Then necklaces would be displayed above the shoulder items, it would look silly.
