| I have tried Jello shots(vodka), spiced rum, Twisted Tea, margaritas, and Mike's Hard Lemonade.
I want to try more, because of a) peer pressure OTL, and b) so I can find what I like. I've always avoided it, because it seemed dumb, but now I'm starting to realize that, if done right, it can be used to help relax.
As I said for two years, "Old enough to drink, but not dumb enough to."

I looked up their tour on their website, and it looks as if they are sticking to more southern states (Texas and around there) and I am in New England, all the way up in the northeast corner ;-;
But yes, his voice melts me. I am also one of the only people that know about Kamelot in my part of the country, I have nobody to fangirl about him with (Except my one friend but I introduced Kamelot to her so it doesn't count XD)

| Well just because you drink, neo, it doesn't mean you have to be "dumb" about it. There are plenty of ways to enjoy responsibly if you do want to partake in the occasional drink or two. Despite having drunk before, I never was really what I'd consider a heavy drinker, and I rarely did anything irresponsible when drinking in the past. I don't drink much at all now (of course, my medication makes me kind of a lightweight now OTL.) I won't say anything about giving in to peer pressure, as I'm sure most people have at some point or another over something in their lives.... I'll just give you a friendly piece of advice: be careful. It may sound cliched and disingenuous, but I mean it.
As for what you could try: You may like Long Island Iced Tea, although it's quite strong. Also, try mixed drinks with white rum, that's always been one of my favorites. Vodka and cranberry juice is pretty good. Um Jack (or any bourbon) and Coke is ok...ooh, and Amaretto and Dr. Pepper is really good, it's sweet and smooth and as;fjksfsd;lk. I'd advise staying away from Bahama Mamas though...I don't even remember what's in them, but they're disgusting.  Of course, this is all just personal opinion and you may have to shop around. so to speak, before you find something that you like....

That friend still counts, if you ask me. xD; And I'll confess that I didn't actually know a lot about the band before I saw them in concert (they were just an opening act) but I had heard a song or two, and was fairly impressed with their live performance. So, of course, I went home and listened to more of their music.

| Okay, I knew most of that except that Amaretto mixed with Dr. Pepper. Buying Amaretto to drink will be new. I typically use it for pound cake, cookies, bread pudding, etc.

| Hmm...well, I had no idea what you knew and what you didn't so I was just going on what I, personally, like.  But yeah, Ameretto makes a pretty good drink, I think; definetly worth a try.

| There are only decent bars around here. Nothing spectacular, except the Tiki Bar, which is always packed, and way too loud. Cadillac Jacks is lonely. The Lexington Lounge, well,... I'm not racist or anything, but I don't want to be the single white guy at the establishment, except the owner.
ABC's is... well, I always feel perplexed when I'm there. They aren't known for their drinks, but rather for the music. Monterey's apparently has some good margaritas.

| There's more than one honors college in the US. And plenty of honors programs (Is thinking of taking one at her college) U:
Well, I probably failed that test in Gov. But its such an easy class I'll be fine. US History is horrible with the work, but I love the class c:
APs are really common at my school, people who are like me and taking 3 are pretty common.
What year of college are you in? I'm starting to get nervous about college, and I haven't even gotten an acceptance letter yet.

| I'm a junior. But I'm starting to get burnt out, because I chose a major with a lot of out of class work(comp sci) and I already have an AAS(didn't transfer well).
I said public honors college.
