| Ehh today was an ok day other than practice, which I dont want to mention xD
Although I had horrible cramps just appear during my chorus class. It was horrible to wait 20 minutes for my next class to leave and get advil >>

| Its actually a themed concert, and we're doing civil war themed songs. I'm in a women-only chours, so it's interesting :3
Here's a like to one song we sing(obviously not us). It's the only version of a song that fits what we do best

Well considering only men were allowed to fight women didn't have a choice if they wanted to sing it or not. And we sound damn good with it, thank you very much.

| Cool song. X3 And women can sing any group song just as well as men, IMO.... Well, you know, unless the song has a whole lot of bass partsw, or some such; not too many women who sing bass. 
I was in chorus back in highschool, and I guess I was ok; sorta shrank to the back and hoped my voice would get lost in everyone else's...I was waaayy too nervous to do solos or anything. Heh.  But, recently (ish) I was singing under my breath with the Muzak at work and some girl goes "You have a really good voice!"  It was...odd. o.O;

But i know what you mean. I"m a second sporano, and I hate how no one in my section sings, because when we're singled out to fix notes I"m the only one who sings.. ._.
And my teacher even told me You can hit the notes the soprano ones hit, you're just too nervous and your throat closes up xD
I loove that song. But I"m not hitting that high.. i think its a B flat. Not happening xD

| Those songs are awesome. Although I do prefer a male singer's voice over a female singer's. I remember loving to sit back and listen to the males sing in my middle school's choir.
Recently, a friend introduced me to the Mills Brothers; those men were extremely talented!
