Bases = Manadatory layer.

I believe that, before it starts getting really annoying, you set the "Base" layer to be a Mandatory layer.

So... You could just remove the "[None]" option from the Base layer, so when people first save their avatar, they can never make an avatar without one.

Seeing random, floating faces or weapons could just get so bothersome. >.>

Actually, I just noticed it was changed to be as such.

Now you have to have a Base, eyes, a nose, a mouth, and eyebrows. :3
