| Hmm...I don't honestly remember how much I had to pay for my prom ticket. Well, I say "mine," but it was really my Senior boyfriend's prom when I was a Sophomore. I didn't go to either my Junior or Senior prom, mostly because I discovered what an overated experience (IMO) the whole thing was when I went to my boyfriend's. I had a far better time after prom (which we left early) when we went back to a buddy's house and watched movies all night. XD
We didn't have a grad night though...mostly because I graduated from a cheap-ass high school.

| We had a grad night. I've always just known it as "Project Grad." Wasn't too stupendeous as budget cuts cut out some, but it sounds like we had way more than you guys. We had one of those bull things, an inflatable(semi-flat, so once you fall, you're stuck) laser tag thing, one of those Q-tip fighting arenas(friend busted me up), a pool, some terrible food, an inflatable obstacle course, a rock wall that got taken down early, guitar hero and ddr arcade systems, etc. But they closed 2 hours early, at 11pm, instead of 1am. Sons of a .... It was fun, but too many people.

| I went to prom with a good friend of mine. I was actually planning on not attending. However, both my parents encouraged me to go, as you really only get one prom. So, after much convincing on their part, I decided I'd go.
And it all worked out, since my friend didn't have a date either, we decided to go together. I actually had a great time, as our prom was held at the music museum. There was also a chocolate fountain. That was a major plus.

| Ugh... Prom was very boring.
People dancing everywhere and I just wanted to leave and get drunk. Which I couldn't because I was a minor and looked a LOT like a minor. >_ >''

| Wow, old thread is old.
I went to my Senior prom stag, but I had fun. xP I hadn't seen everyone for a while because I technically didn't go to the school anymore, so it was nice to get out and socialize. Afterward my friends and I didn't get drunk though - we went to IHOP and I ended up talking to some girl's date about poop, farts, and snacks. XD He was so cool.

Fun night. :] Prom may be overrated but there's nothing wrong with having fun - I kinda wish I went Junior year now.
