Occupation: Breeds and trains animals, both for the rebels and for normals
Description: Rhys is tall, at 5'11", and wiry, with dark green eyes, with gold flecks. When his hair is clean, it's a jet black, but he lives in a very sandy area, so he's constantly dusty, and his skin was tanned deeply from long exposure to the sun. Rhys wears a pair of leather coveralls, but he often takes the upper half off and ties it around his waist. Underneath that, he generally wears a simple white shirt. He works with his animals halfway between the city and Mt. Nerian, but he stays off of the beaten path. Rhys isn't a very good people-person, mostly because he's lived around animals his entire life. He is friendly enough when around people, but it's really not his comfort zone. Rhys absolutely hates crowds. Constantly coiled around his arm is a small gray lizard, his own personal pet, named Torch. Torch is a foot and a half long, and three inches in radius at his thickest. he has four legs, with claws, and a long tail. On cold nights, Torch wraps around Rhys' neck.
Biography: Rhys was born in the city, to two Police members. His parents expected him to become a Policeman himself, but Rhys detested the people, and the environment. He ran away from home at age ten, and ran straight to the animal house. He met the owner of the farm, who took him in immediately. Rhys took a liking to the animals, and started working for the manager. When Rhys was fifteen, the manager started working for some of the wealthy people in the city, and the treatment of th animals suddenly became dismal. After a short amount of time, the manager started breeding attack animals for the Police, with the sole intention of finding and killing rebels. Rhys, wanting to stop the manager, found the rebels, and warned them on what was going to happen, and they asked him to join them. Rhys got the manager fired, took control of the farm, and agreed to breed and train animals for the rebels. To earn a living, Rhys sells livestock and work animals to the citizens.

| Nuke was one of them, and started mess with one of the cop characters, and he stopped posting out of spite, and I dunno what happened to Ninjanamos or however it's spelled. The both stopped posting at kind of an awkward spot, so they just kinda left her character hangin' out to dry. I guess she just didn't feel like writing herself out of it.
One of the other cops was supposedly a rebel also, but I don't see her around either.
