| Alright, let me see if I can help you out.
Inquiry number one: Er... and Two I guess:
Is this something you want only between certain people? Or will the roleplay be open to everyone?

| Well I don't know anyone on here.
However I want literate people who can follow a plot and make nice semi-long posts.

| Not knowing anyone doesn't really matter in the long run. I would suggest placing it in the general theater. Afterwards, it can be moved to the advanced role play section, if the powers that be think it qualifies.

| It's morning here, right now. It's a fairly decent one, thus far.
Trying to play a game, and I get a bunch of wierdos stalking me. But that's nothing new.

| I'm trying to figure out why no one joins the roleplays I create.
It's 2:35 here. .gif)

| I'm waiting to go out and buy a new pair of sneakers. Mine are pretty much destroyed.
It's the pre-set characters that kept me from joining. I like being creative with my characters, and pre-set characters seem stifling for me.
If it were a little more general, I might have considered.

| They aren't exactly pre-set if someone wants to add or take away or even start from scratch I would exactly care as long as they got permission.

| I found the roleplay contest particularly inspiring this time around.
I want to make a role-play!
Name(s) of the creator(s): Keylaleigh
Picture or ideas used: This is an epic about transformation. The story is about monks. It starts in a university town on a world of forbidden magic. The story begins with an inheritance and ends with someone reveals their feelings.
Setting: Thordane, the capitol of the frozen wastelands of Metroski, and around the wastelands.
Plot: In order to combat the growing army of man-beasts, a small group of monks and arcanists(arcane magic users) must defeat this evil while also avoiding the inquisitor-priests who will stop at nothing to destroy them.
Level: Semi-Literate
Introduction: In the frozen northlands lies a small city called Thordane. Being a very strict theocracy, all arcane magic is forbidden by law, and anyone suspected of performing arcane magic is taken by the inquisitor-priests and never seen again.
The monk Bogardus always thought that what the Priests did to the arcanists was cruel, and created a haven for them at the monastery he inherited from his father where they could practice their magic without persecution. The reason he could do this was because of his location on the fringes of the city towards the Darkwoods. Nobody bothered him or his monks, who all knew what he was doing and helped him defend the arcanists.
Lately, the monks and arcanists have noticed something strange happening in the woods, large beasts coming out at night. The locals liked to call them… Skinwalkers. Men and women who changed into fierce beasts, they were pure evil, swarming small settlements en masse and destroying them in one night. The Priests had no way to combat them, for the magic used to create these beast-men was too similar to their own. The arcanists, though, may have a chance at destroying them. Now it is up to them and whoever wishes to ally with them to stop this evil and find the source behind it…
Rules:
- All posts must be at least two paragraphs. (the average paragraph is six sentences)
- If you choose to play a skinwalker, you must choose a large animal to change into. Popular choices are bears, mountain lions, and wolves.
Other Information: I’ll add more rules as I think of them.

| So guy, it looks like the role-play forum is dead... and that's annoying me. So I was wondering if you had any ideas of how to bring life back to it.
I'm sorta hesitating to just start more games, because, if nothing changes, they will most likely end up like the previous ones (i.e. dead), and I don't want to waste my time making games only to see them die.
Although, I'm sure there's a way to make things more active in here, I just... can't apparently find it by myself right now.
So, any idea?
Oh, and good morning/afternoon/whatever! Hope you're all having a nice day!

| Maybe offer rewards, like badges for the avatar, for role-players that have participated in roleplays that lasted from the beginning of the plot they had till the end of the plot they had.
Or maybe some other sort of bribery?

| Hmm... I'll think of something. I don't want to start any new games myself for the same reason. Plus, I never have the attention span to keep a game going.
But yes, I'll think up something for this forum.
