Well, kid... I wouldn't call myself a kid any more, but I'm still new.
I come from a couple of avatar sites, so I know what I can do and what I can't (yeah I did read the rules, just in case)

Love the line 'Don't throw sticks or rock at them' btw. Does that mean I can bbq my fellow newbies?

Welcome to Midorea, Unedia!

Hm, I'm not sure about bbqing the other newbies. Then again, I think nothing in the rules says something against it. Just watch out, they might try to do something to you too. Wink

Anyway, hope you will have fun with us, and if you need help with anything, just ask! And don't forget to check the event going on right now!

That should do it!

Right now I'm reading up on choosing what race to choose. There are so many. I don't know which one to pick

Welcome! I hafta admit, I kinda just randomly picked a race. ^^;; You might not wanna go my route, though.

I just picked a race that sounded the best for me: Tribe of B'asat Iqui

My favourites are the Iqui and Nomads. Both give nice bonuses, or at least useful ones Wink

But yeah, the first time I picked one, it was pretty random... Duh

Nomads was actually my second. I'm pretty picky when it comes to things like that. I hardly look at the bonuses it can give you, more to the story behind the group. I usually do things with that information later

Hey Unedia! Nice to meet you. Can call me Jam, if you want, or ninja, or maos, or ninjamaos, or any variation thereupon. I have to say that I, too, chose the Tribe of B'asat Iqui, and for much the same reason that you did. I wonder, though, if at any point there will be some more background info on the races, 'cause that would be cool.
Before I ramble too much, y'all should come hang out in the Theater if you're at all interested in roleplaying. Either way, I wish you all the best Midorea has to offer!
Toodles,
Jam

Welcome to this wonderful community, Unedia!
I hope you're liking it here.... and it seems you are, so that's awesome. Happy

I read up on all the races and ended up choosing mine because it says they're much like the Ancient Egyptians, which appealed to me greatly. 8D
So that was my reason, hehe.

@Ninja: I hope there will be more background stories. I love to read that kind of things.
I'm not really interested in role playing, since I'm kind of a mass murder when it comes to role plays. From all the role plays I joined, maybe 2 or 3 survived the first month. I'm better with writing stories by myself. Then I can make a twist when ever I want to.
@Sol: Ancient Egyptians are good, but I'm more familiar with the old Scandinavian tales. They have so many fascinating tales. I probably like them the most because my last name comes from the word 'Alfheim', what means 'Elven-home' and is one of the nine worlds in the Norwegian mythology.

...Who was rambling too much?
