| What you do is have either a forum or a thread allowing the speaking of other languages, but that the same rules apply, and you can look through, since a lot of people here are multi-lingual (or trying to be).
That way, the can speak their native tongue, or a language they know still, instead of being forced to speak English.
I see that you want it to be English mainly, and just point that out in the rules, and tell them to only speak it in that forum or those type of threads.

Okay, so let's just put a big rule saying "We don't want you if you can't speak English".
Why not tell the Russian girl pixeling our hair to stop because her first language wasn't English? I mean she couldn't possibly speak English as well as us.
Look, Cat has spoken. It's not against the rules.

You're saying no foreign languages, so if they can't speak English why join? They can't post.

| If someone was posting giant walls of text in another language for no apparent reason, then it will most likely be deleted as most who do that are spammers anyway. Now Angel and Vito where having a conversation, and you could tell both where speaking to each other and not randomly posting.
And Though translators do not always work.. they can give you a pretty good idea of what some is saying. So if they are spamming you would most likely be able to tell.
But if you only want someone to speak English in your thread, then you have every right to make that a rule in your thread.
Right now I don't have a problem with it, but if people start posting only in another language then I may make it a rule that you must speak English.
