| Story behind this roleplay:
Alexandria South's parents are steadily losing more and more money as her father's hotel business is failing each day. They are forced to move to England when the company that her mother works for, a real estate business, moves there. Once they move, her father has to give up the hotel business, selling it for a measly $5,000. Due to their financial troubles, the South parents confide in their friend, the Dean of Revain Academy, a boarding school for boys...who happen to be vampires
The Dean, being a very kind man, offered to allow Alex to go to his school, where his daughter, Saphyre, also goes. The tuition would be paid in full, no charge necessary at all. Though reluctant to send their only daughter to a school of boys, a boarding school, no less, the Souths have no choice but to allow her to go.
And thus, our story begins.

| (And so...we begin. I'm gonna use different colors for each person: Alex and Blaize are these. Phyre and Griffyn are these.)
"Mom, I don't want to go to this stupid school...ugh! I mean, stupid school!" One month in England and she already was saying "styu-pid" instead of "stoo-pid."
"Alexandria South, don't be so difficult!" Her mother was astounded. Alex was usually a very gentle-mannered and rather quiet person. The move and the lack of money seemed to be affecting them all. "Honey, I know that you don't want to go to a boarding school, especially of all boys, but it's the best we can do with our sort of money. Mr. McKnight-"
"I don't want to hear about our money situation, mom! And I especially don't want to hear about Mr. McKnight, our freaking savior." She plopped down on the couch and scowled at her blue-grey-and-black plaid skirt. "And I hate this uniform. My legs are cold." She sighed and shook her head.
Alex knew she was being really difficult, but she couldn't help it. She was, honestly, pissed off. She was not only going to be the new kid with the "strange" accent, she was going to be the only girl and a poor one at that.
"Ready to go, Andy-Dandy?" Alex huffed at her dad and grabbed her trunk.
"Yeah...ready for a nightmare," she muttered, standing up and hauling her trunk out to the car, tossing it carelessly into the backseat.
The school looked like a freaking castle! Alex said so to her father and he chuckled.
"It used to be a castle," he said. "And a bloody nice one at that. Right o' good chap! Buck up there, you scalliwag!" he said in what she supposed would be an English accent but sounded far more like Scottish.
"C'mon, Dad, let's just get me inside," Alex laughed. She climbed out and pinned the black hooded cape onto her shoulders. She felt a lot warmer now.
Her dad pulled her trunk out of the car and she began wheeling it up the cobblestone walk to the front doors. There was a sort of design in the stones, but the walk was too big for her to be able to tell. It looked like a sort of...bird, though. A black one.
"Ah, how good to see you, James!" She snapped out of it and looked at the man standing in front of them. He was a reasonably well-kept man, with dark hair, threaded through with silver and a trim, neat beard. Square-lensed, gold-rimmed glasses perched on his nose and he smiled a rather thin smile at Alex as he shook her father's hand. His brown eyes were warm and friendly but she could tell that his gaze could turn cold and stern in an instant. "And good to see you, as well, Miss Alexandria."
"Nice to meet you, sir." Despite her back mood, Alex was always polite; adults loved her.
"Well. Let's get you settled in, shall we? You'll be living in the Dean's dorm, with my family. Come along. We'll see you soon, James."
"Bye, Dad. See you for Christmas." Alex gave him a quick peck on the cheek and a hug and then she was off, inside the warm castle-like school.
"This way," the Dean called. She hurried after him, dragging her clunky old-fashioned trunk after her. They entered into a large intricately-decorated part of the building. "This is the Dean's Dormitory," Mr. McKnight said. "You'll be sleeping in this room," he said after a bit of a walk. "If you ever need me, my office is at the front of the hall."
"Thank you, sir."
"You're welcome. Get yourself comfy now and put your clothes in that closet. Dinner is at seven tonight in the dining room. Someone will show you when the time comes. And don't ever forget your uniform, especially the tie. That's special." He smiled and closed the door.
Alexandria plopped down on the bed, laying on her back, and sighed. So. This was her new school.
Hearing footsteps in the hallway and figuring it was the Dean again, she popped up and looked like she was putting her clothes away into the closet. She heard the door open behind her and turned. It wasn't the Dean.

| Saphyre sighed. She didn't like the idea of another girl being in the Bording School with her. And convienently her father put her and the new girl, what's her name, in all the same classes. Now Phyre had to introduce herself and 'make friends' with her. It was very unfortunate.
Phyre opened the door to, what's her name's room, and let herself in. "I'm Phyre, welcome to the Academy of Revain." she said in a bored tone then yawned. "Blah, blah, blah, dinner is at seven... blah, blah.. I hope everything is comfortable for you. something, something, something... Try not to get in my way." Phyre shrugged and brushed a lock of red hair out of her eyes. With crossed arms she looked the new girl up and down.
She highly didn't care about this girl by the looks of her. She didn't seem to pose a threat to her in anyway. All of the boys would still gravitate towards Phyre. This girl wasn't the least bit pretty compared to her. The clothing she saw, what's her name, putting into the closet wasn't designer brand. Though, the fact that she was new might strike some attention, but after that everyone will forget about what's her name.
Phyre smirked at the new girl. The poor thing had come to the academy because her family was broke. Boo hoo. Phyre could just cry. Not. She didn't feel sympathy for those below her. People like the new girl just got in her way.

| Alex was stunned, for multiple reasons. This "Phyre" person appearing out of nowhere, for one. The fact that she was a girl, secondly. Her very rude and bored attitude, thirdly. And her amazing good looks, with fiery red hair, lastly.
"Hello. I'm Alexandria. Alex," she said, trying to be polite. She didn't seem to want to make friends, but perhaps she was just shy and showing off.
Alex's eyebrows rose as the redhead looked her up and down, sneering. What, did she have dust on her clothes or something. She looked down at herself but saw nothing wrong with the uniform she had on. It was the same as hers, but apparently something was wrong with her appearance.
"I thought this was an all boys academy. Why do you go here?" she asked politely, uncomfortable with the smirk on her face.

| Phyre smiled in contempt, she could tell that she was making Alex feel uncomfortable. It made her feel better than her. Not that she wasn't before. But it was a big confidence booster.
Phyer rolled her eyes then placed her hands on her hips, "Because I am the deans daughter. Duh. But why are you here?" she asked Alex.
She knew very well why Alex was going to the school. It was because her family's hotel went out of buisness. She wanted to see how she would respond though. See what kind of lie she would come up with.

| "Oh! I didn't know the Dean had a daughter! Well, it's nice to meet you. And I'm here because we just moved here and my family doesn't have much money. Your dad and mine are good friends from college so he offered to let me go here. It was a very nice offer." Alex smiled in a friendly way at the girl. She had a very bad attitude, but Alex had been brought up the correct way. She was always polite.
It was a bit rude of her to ask why she was here, though, even for a rude girl. Obviously, being the Dean's daughter, she would HAVE to know. Still, Alex shrugged it off and continued to smile at her. "Well, seeing as we are the only two girls in the school, I hope we can be friends."

| Phyre had to admit that she didn't expect Alex to tell the truth. Just shows how easy she would be able to get over on Alex. Then, a plan began to unravel in her mind.
Phyre smiled at Alex. "Yeah, of course we can be friends. Maybe you can join the cheerrleading team with me. Seeing as I am the only girl on it, it would be nice to have another one."
Maybe if she became 'friends' with Alex she'd be able to use her however she wanted. She snickered in her mind. This was going to be fun having Alex as her new pet.
"Just go to the Dinner Hall at 7 o clock. I'll see you again there, so don't get to comfortable before dinner." She said and shrugged before leaving the room.

| Alex smiled and then wrinkled her nose at the mention of cheerleading. "Er, no thank you. I'm more into softball and volleyball and swimming and stuff. But it was nice of you to offer." She was a bit suspicious. The Dean's daughter seemed to change her attitude far too quickly for her liking, but she'd try to be friends with the spoiled, rich brat.
"I'll see you at dinner!"
