| I like Ice cream cake! any kind would do as long as it doesn't have fruits  i also like mocha cake yum yums!! and cheesecake or does chocolate cheescake thingies idk. nom nom nom!!!
im not a pie person actually i don't think i've eaten pie before

| My favorite pie to make is a peach blueberry Galette.
A Galette basically is where you take a pie crust, lay it down on a cookie sheet and dump all of your fresh fruit, tossed with flour, nutmeg, cinnamon, and sugar into the middle of the crust to form a spiced fruit mound. There should be about two-thee inches of crust around the mound that has no fruit on it.
Then you fold over the crust with no fruit on it and over lap the fruit mound, not completely, but to form a ring to hold the filling in. Then lightly brush and egg wash or water over the crust to make it gummy and then lightly dust with some sugar (Sugar in the raw works the best). Then you bake until golden brown and serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
Oh my gosh it's like the best thing ever seriously.

| My favorite kind of pie is easily pumpkin. I'm very particular about how I like it, though. I refuse to eat it fresh out of the oven, or even warm. It's just too runny and tastes funny that way. However, pop it into the fridge overnight until it's firm and cold, topped with either vanilla ice cream or cool whip, and it's amazing.

| I like homemade banana cream pie (made by my grandma), apple pie (my mom used to make apple pies, but now she does not), and pumpkin pie. I really do like pie crusts. Sometimes, I eat the dough before it is cooked or baked. XD
I like carrot cake, banana cake (same taste as banana loaf and/or banana muffins), and cherry cheesecake (certain cheesecakes though...I do not like all brands of cheesecakes because each brand of cheesecake has a different taste).

| mmmm, I don't think I could ever pick just one kind of pie or cake that I love the most. Chocolate is pretty much the only one that I know of that I don't absolutely love (and even then I still like it.)
