| Not the hunting part... just the "Waiting outside until somebody comes across her" part.

| And... another profile. Yes, I named him Dorian Grey. Oscar Wilde is probably laughing in his grave....
And I do apologize for its absurd length. In case you don't want to read it all, I made a little summary, starting with
Mutation(s): Enhanced hearing and touch, but blind; strong telepath.
Description: Physical: Pretty normal. Kind of short, kind of skinny, hates shoes.
Mental: Needy, withdrawn, terrified of being left alone
Biography: At 15, started manifesting telepathy. At 16 and-a-half, was throwing tantrums because he couldn't deal with the overstimulation/migraines. His parents then locked him in a dark room and sedated him. He got out a few months after turning 17, ran as far as he could into the forest, and ended up at the Guardian base. He lives there now.
Yeah, that's pretty much the high points... but just in case, here's the full profile so you can wonder what the heck I was on when I wrote it. Or maybe how late it was at night. Cheers!
Name: Dorian Grey
Sex: M
Age: Physical: 17 Mental: closer to 15
Faction: Guardian
Mutation(s): Dorian has physically enhanced hearing and sense of touch; unfortunately, the same mutation also left him blind. He also has a single powerful mental mutation, that of telepathy. He can sense people (and more strongly, mutants) around him, their thoughts and feelings, and occasionally influence them (very slightly). This helps compensate somewhat for his lack of vision, but it is often very confusing and difficult for him to function in large groups of people because there is so much mental "noise". It also gives him debilitating migraines.
Description: Dorian is a bit below average height, about 5'5 and willowy. He has pale blue eyes and brown, wavy hair that he has let grow out so that it curls over his ears and half-obscures his eyes. He has fair skin and no body hair. He most often wears jeans and tee-shirts (he doesn't really care about clothing), and he despises shoes so is nearly always barefoot. He is very susceptible to cold.
Dorian is bright and very perceptive, but vulnerable both physically and emotionally. He is highly reliant on more functional mutants or humans to help him navigate and protect him from harm. He is easily manipulated and even more easily made non-functional through over-stimulation (too many people or strong emotions in the immediate vicinity). One of his few better traits is his laid-back personality; barring the influence of others' thoughts and emotions, he is calm and hard to ruffle. Dorian is naturally withdrawn, preferring silence and solitude, but has a paralyzing fear of being left completely alone.
Biography: Dorian came from a very average family. At first, he only manifested the physical traits of blindness and increased hearing. Raising a blind child was difficult for his parents, and they babied him out of fear of him coming to harm, so he literally never got a chance to grow up properly. Then when Dorian turned 15, he started gaining telepathic powers. They were subtle at first, mere whispers in his mind, but over the next year-and-a-half they grew overpowering. Dorian began suffering from migraines and threw tantrums constantly because he was confused and in pain.
In the end, his parents didn't really know what was going on, and could not figure out how to properly care for a blind, telepathic and needy child. They resorted to locking him alone in a dark room (they continued to provide him with the necessities) and slipping sedatives into his food so that he would be less likely to hurt himself. It took nearly six months for Dorian to gain enough control over his powers to realize what was happening, and another month for him to escape. His only plan was to leave his parents, and people in general, behind.
Two weeks later, the Guardians found him near their base, starving, hypothermic, and completely incoherent. He has been with them ever since.
Other: Absolutely no relation to Oscar Wilde's Dorian Grey. I just liked the name.

| Hm, yeah, masterpiece... XP
I really don't mind. I want to have plans at some point, just to make it easier for people to understand what the space looks like (and so that they all play in the same environment), but they are not a necessity at the beginning.
Mostly, I'd like to get some action started, but the plans are taking me longer than expect, and I don't really want to delay the game for something that's not so important.
If we were to start now, I'd just post a short description of where the most useful things are, just so you can orientate your characters accordingly, which would take but a few minutes to put up.
So yeah, more opinion please ^^

| I vote: start ASAP and worry about plans later, if they're not vital. Especially since it gives you a chance to rest a little from the set-up and start to reap the benefits of what you have wrought!
Also, Tsemara, thanks for the cookies. How did you know that I love peanut-butter chocolate chip?

| Sounds good to me!
When I was attempting something of that ilk, I typed in "Mansion Floor Plans" and used one of them.
The sooner we start, though, the better! I wanna start playing as my twins who don't know that they are twins yet!

| I, honestly, would like to see this dude get underway. Having floorplans are cool, but not at the expense of your brain and creativity.
