Good day. Welcome to Midorea.

To dress your avatar, you first need to create a character. There's information on how to do that in various places on the site. Afterwards, you need to to go the Avatar tab on the top right hand of your window, under your info.

You're not going to have a lot to choose from, as a new person. But as time progresses, you'll (hopefully) have more funds, and more items to use.
