Okay, Please critique this story! Yayz! *go gets popcorn*



I guess you could say I need to think my life out a little bit. I'm twelve, yes, but that holds the dramas of it's own. No, what makes me stand out is in fact... the reason I try to blend in. Frustrated yet? Yeah, me too. My sister is a six year old psychopath. I'm a bounty-hunter. I live alone with my sister. My best friend is the crimelord of the gang that wants to kill me. Also, if it weren't enough, the only person who raised me was a blond, spoiled Heiress.
Yeah, my life's pretty messed up.
So, if you're looking for a pleasant story about a clever orphan who saves the day, well, I hate to disapoint you. My story is anything but pleasant, and I do just about everything BUT save the day.
So, I would turn back now. Wouldn't you rather read something about a hero?

I whizzed out of the way. A bullet missed my head by just a few inches. I grabbed my pistol and shot, while I didn't have the ability to see at the moment, I could feel their vibrations in the ground. Gift of the halfies I guess. I hear the roar of a helicopter. "Damn it, Phae! You better get your ass right here." Great. It was Tishawna. Tishawna Reyes. I didn't respond, knowing if I spake, I'd be shot. She shined a light on me, "PHAE!"
I heard machine guns being cocked, I got up quickly and dodged the speedy bullets. "Reyes, I'm kinda busy!"
"Girl, you had better not be callin me by my last name!"
"Okay, Tishawna." I yell back, it was difficult trying to shoot, dodge, and yell at the same time. "That is Ma'am to you young lady!"
The helicopter lowered, and a the gangsters ran. "How many times do I have to save your ass, Phae?" her unnatural blond hair glinted in the street lights.
She gave me a hug, "Oh, it's okay baby girl, just as long as you're alright."
"I'm okay, I swear, T- Ma'am."
Yes, she was very protective of me. But got angry easily. She had unnatural blond hair and very dark skin. She was actually very intelligent, but puts on this whole dumb act when she's around people. When I say people, I mean paparazzi.
Me, I'm a bit of a celebrity too. Yeah, FBI's most wanted list. Demons and halfies tend to have the innate abiltiy to show up on that list.

Never Again would I waste my time with friends. Would I even care if people liked me anymore? No.
I'm Scythe now. That's how it stays. What else could've made me the leader of the Vampire division of the mafia. People speak of me in hushed tones as I pass by in the slums, they stare until I finally give them the evil eye.
But only the slums know of me. Most humans don't know of me.
It's funny, sometimes I think I'm the one who should be on the most wanted list sometimes, not because I want too, but because I feel kinda rotten when I hear that Phae is on there being blamed for some crime a drunken human did.
But then I remember what she did. She was a liar, and in the vampiric part of town, liars were worse than any murderer.
I bet another reason she lied is because she didn't want to be associated with "my kind".
Vampires are lower on the social scale then they should be. Here is the social scale invented so we knew what our class was:

1. The Humans: Control most of the government, accept for the small Anthro Human division.

2. The Elves: Control most big business, like oil. The elves, unlike the humans, actually worked their way up with hard work and integrity.

3. The Demons and Half-Demons: Controls fine entertainment, for rich people..

4. The Werewolves: Controls most of the medical and law enforcement, the vampires and werewolves stick together.

5. The Hybrids (AKA Furries): Controls education, they are mostly arbitrary about the whole anthro controversy, that is the reason they were picked to control this.

6. The Mutants: Controls nothing, they usually have boring jobs.

7. The Vampires: Ha! You found my group! We control the crime, the vampiric division of the mafia is the biggest, very few others enter it. Even though we have a low class, we kind of control the city, but in a way no one knows, I told you about werewolves and vampires, right?

8. The Dwarves and Mermaids: They used to be high in the social scale, but after the revolution, they were knocked to the bottom, mostly living in the slums.

What she did; unforgivable, forgive and forget, I think not!
