Hello there Midorea. I'm not really all that sure what's going on yet, but I'm slowly making my way through the tutorial links in the guide thread in this forum and learning as I go. So far so good I suppose!

I was directed toward this little site by a friend on another forum, and since it's so small I thought I'd give it a shot. I'm not all that fond of huge communities where everything becomes impersonal and commercialized. Hopefully I'll be able to meet some nice people here and get to know everyone XD
I suppose it's way out of my reach to hope for a lot of the older items though since this site has already been around for a year (I was messing around with the dream avatar thing). Oh well, at least some of the common items are pretty cool, I can content myself with a simple avatar XD

Any tips would be greatly appreciated, as would chatter and friendship c:

Well, I -do- like avatar sites. The look of this place intrigued me, so I figured I might as well give it a try. Besides, it's a three day weekend right now, I have a little free time on my hands XD

Of course, I should be using that free time to do something more productive than chat on a new forum, like clean my room or work on art stuff>>

If you spend some time around, you should quickly meet the other members. There's kinda only a small number of active ones, but it makes everything more friendly

Some of the really old items are hard to get, especially things from the first year (Mido will be 2 years old in October). Although, you can always try your luck in one of the contests or games during the event to get them.

Hm, I think you already know most of the tips I could give you, since I noticed you post in the Newcomers Help Center. Basically, post a lot, follow the rules, be nice to other, don,t be afraid to ask questions, etc.

Posting a lot isn't a problem as long as I can find a few friendly faces to talk to. I did earn the title 'post whore' for a reason on Crysandrea xD
I love chatting on forums. It's one of my favorite things to do. I like meeting new people, making new friends, and talking to people all over the world~

I noticed there are only a few active members though. The most people online at once is such a small number :o (I guess it must have been an event)

There are contests and games to get old items? Really? That sounds cool!

Oh? Forums sites like this always seem to get more active during events. It's kind of a let-down afterward for the more active members though, seeing people come and go XD I know I always kind of feel that way on Crys.

Yeah, we've kinda "lost" a lot of our members now because of the return to school/ work thing. Hopefully they will be back soon. Although, we've always been a small site. Friendly and welcoming to new members, but a lot of people who've joined just noticed that the forums are not that active and left, which doesn't help. But anyway. the ones who stick around are really nice people.
If I'm right, the most people online happened during Mido's birthday last year. It's usually quite busy here during event, even if there are not that many people online. The few that are just post A LOT XD

Yup, sometimes. Mostly for older event items, but sometimes we also give ARIs (our monthly items) and other rarities.

Well, school does keep me busier than I was in the summer. I've been a lot less active during the week because I didn't want to get into a conversation only to have to leave for class or work XD On the weekends I'm usually more available though, like right now. At the moment I have no particular plans for the day aside from finish the lineart for this picture of the Savage Arts crew.

It's good to hear that the few active members post a lot though! I look forward to getting to know everyone~

Actually, I don't particularly like any of the current shirts that much for Sei's character, and shirtless suits him just fine. I'll probably concentrate my silver mostly on the battle system for now.

Thanks for the compliment on my avatar though. I kind of cheated since star gave me the pants and then I donated for some items XD It's like a jump start for my avatar. I already have something I like and don't have to spend my first month here questing after an avatar.

Time zones really are annoying when you can't find people to talk to though. I'll say hi if I ever see you on though! Thanks for the welcome^^
