I haven't had anything bad or unlucky happen to me today either. Well, not more than usual anyway.

Then again, we've also got a black cat who likes to cross everyone's path (and sometimes gets tripped over in the process). Her name is Jinx. And, unless you trip over her, she's anything but bad luck.

So, yeah.

Yeah, Jinx is adorable beyond belief. She's a full grown cat but she's still kind of small, ans she's got these really bright gold eyes that look like they glow, and this long tail that she tends to curl up like a question mark. And she has the cutest little paws, and a funny little nose. And she was a rescue pet and had had some kind of accident before we got her so she's only got one fang, and she doesn't meow much but when she does her meows are kind of quiet and squeaky. And she has this huge HUGE purr that you wouldn't believe could come from something so tiny and these big huge yawns and she's really snuggly... ok yeah I could gush about her all day.

I was on my own for a while (had to move back in with my parents because I was laid off from my job due to downsizing and then the place I had worked went out of business anyway) and I really missed having a kitty around.

We used to have a black and white longhaired one too, but she died at the end of January. It was old age... she was fifteen and a half, so she'd had a nice long life. I still miss her though. Her name was Pippi, and she was kind of insane but still really cute. (She was named after Pippi Longstocking, because her markings made her look like she had three little short socks and one long stocking.)

Aw, thank you! It's actually the name of a move in Pokemon. I just thought it sounded really, really cool so I used it for a screen name.

...I have been busy slaying monsters today, and then I went on a little shopping spree so I'd have more to wear than the newbie clothes and event items.

Pippi was adorable.

We do still have Jinx though and she's adorable. There was talk for a while of possibly getting a second cat again, though I don't think current finances are going to allow it.

Don't even get me started on the darlings...
I am completely cat obsessed right now. I have a 10 year old Maine coon named Cleo, but I so so so badly want a kitten or a second cat.
I need more fluffy things to love. It's not really an issue of not having room for another one since I live at home and am to inherit the house in a few years; I can' have another one because my current cat would flip out over it.
She's such a little pre-Madonna.

Oh Perish Song used to be Ozbourne on Solia, but she changed her user name a while ago and I just never changed her nickname.

And I meant pre-Modonna as in, spoiled, self centered, attention seeking, fluffy cat.

Yeah, I was Ozbourne on Solia, then changed it to Perish Song there, and ended up sticking with Perish Song when I signed up here.

I wish we currently had the right finances to get another cat.
