cant convert silver?

so after like an hour trying to figure out why i couldnt buy the stupid beginner weapon i finally realize i need copper but when i finally find the page that lets me convert my money it doesn't work.

am i doing something wrong?

You can only get copper from the Fun n' Games forum, Music & Lyrics forum and storybook forum. Copper can then be exchanged for silver, or used to purchase items from the newbie store. 1 silver = 2 copper.

You can't convert silver to copper. You can earn copper from the Games, Storybook and Music subforums.

I've told you Cat, it's 5 copper = 1 silver ^^
And yeah, you can only change copper into silver, not the other way around.
