I'm all excited because I made a video to help out a Star Wars figure reviewer on Youtube and he's all super excited that I tried to help XD

He's doing a raffle to get the money to go to this big Star Wars celebration

THAT IS THE AWESOMEST CHEWBACCA STATUE EVER. Ok it's really just Awesome to me because it's Chewie but the fact that it's made out of Lego's shows someone has skills that is sweet.

*misses her epic lego collection* On another note, I'm currently working my way through the original Star Trek movies (again) On the Final Frontier atm and loving it. I'm glad I was alone when Spock died 3 films ago...I cried like a baby. Does that qualify me to hang here?

First day of work, where? *jealous because she wants a job so bad*

Wow, we went quiet. Guess I wasn't the only one dead after work yesterday.

Anyways, I'm getting ready to head out to the venue for Mayhem Fest. Not taking a camera, since I don't have a bag or anything for it, but if I can get anything signed, I can take pics of souvenirs when I get back to share with interested parties.

It's a big music festival, usually filled with hard rock and metal bands

Yeah...I dunno if I could do hard rock/metal in a concert...occasionally, at home...when I can control the volume, yes >.<

Never, in my case. I'm playing MSI right now, and I keep even that low. I can still hear the dryer in the other room over it.

Heh, nice. They are handy songs for when I'm feeling angsty, but not often.

I'm sad. The heat's bad enough this year that I had to come home for a while to cool off before I got sick. I've still got my brother's ticket, though, so I'm going back for Lamb of God through Korn once I'm recovered.

Btw, Matt. I've got a signed 3IOB poster I plan to take a picture of for you. I wound up within arm's reach of the barricade by the end of their set because the pit kept pushing me forward. It was fantastic.

I'm somewhat odd in that metal has always helped me to calm down, but I think part of that is how much exposure I got to it when still really little. My dad would put on Headbanger's Ball when he had to feed me at night. XD;

@Empy: I just listen to it when I need an energy boost. xP

@Morkael: Oh wow. o_o Now that you mention it though, this summer has been really bad.

Heh, my parents listen to country music and old rock. The former sucks ass, but the latter is... okay. Sometimes. :/

I'm an enya and instrumental, celtic and show tunes girl, mostly. I HATE country for the most part...and a lot of jazz...and rap...for the most part. *sigh*
