Quick answer: you can't.
Those skills were part of the system used to create Midorea, and they were deactivated at some point for various reasons. Stealing caused obvious issues, as the stealer could take away donations items and other rarities from other players or shop. And mine... not sure, I think the Admins never found a way to include it in the site correctly.
The only skill you can use right now is forging, which you can access here.

Thanks! and another question, How is the amount of money determined after each post? Does the size have a factor or is it just random? Another question, what are mules and how do you get them? Oh and another, can you make more than one character and why dont most people have avatars? Are they considered a waste?

1- The amount of money is determined by the size, with the cap at 100 silver.

2- Mules are just extra accounts. You just make another one.

3- You can only have one official 'character' per account, although you can remake it whenever you like.

4- You can't see avatar's until you have made your character. We have them, they aren't a waste.

The amount of money you get is determined bu the length of your post. You can get a maximum of 100 silver per post, or 20 copper for the restricted forums (Fun&Games, Lyrics and Storybook).

Mules are extra accounts hold by the same person. So getting one is as easy as making a new account.
Basically, you can have three accounts on Midorea. Most people only uses one (the main), and some have another one to hold extra items and money (the mule). The third one... well, it's just another mule, but unless you have some special thread (charity and the like) and need to collect things for it and keep them separated from your own stuff, it's not really useful.

You can only have one character per account, so considering you can have three accounts, you can have three characters.

Uh, most people have avatars. They should be showing up beside their posts, unless you are talking about something else.
