yea, i think part of thats just that parents dont want to lose their "babies" tho, you know? XD i think thats kinda how my dad feels. especially since my older brother was never very social or adventurous, so im the first (and only one so far) to really grow up in the sense of doing all teenagery things like staying out late, getting too drunk, having sex etc... im the black sheep of the family somewhat haha.

nah, i probably know equal ammount of people like that and people who think its disrespectful to do anything if other people are in the house. i run in many different social circles so i hear a lot of different views on these things XD

I've stayed out late and I've gotten a little too drunk on several occasions. I'm 20 now and I've never (too my knowledge :x?) had sex.

I think it's all a part of growing up, to be honest. Humans are social animals and when you've got hormones and someone to use as a release, well.. I'm a terrible influence on teenagers. :x

I'm not very social either, my dad uses my computer and my online friends as an insult for this. I'd rather be a hermit than go back to the life I was starting though. I never wanted to turn into him and that's where I was headed if I would have carried on the way my teen years were going. I started drinking on a weekly basis and I was just starting to get comfortable smoking pot with my friends, once at school. In a way, I feel like the black sheep for being so uncaring in that aspect but I'm a full time student most of the year so..

I think it bothers my father more that I've never had an interest in dating.

you cant really help it if you have no interest in it, i know others who are the same way. to each their own, right? i hope your dad understands that..

I think after realizing the idiocy of accusing me of being a lesbian sat in, he's grown to accept I'm just not interested. Although I've met someone I'm interested in and while it might never work, I'm crossing my fingers that it could. :x

@Crescendo: Haha, thank you. ^^ I try my best to be honest about things, even if it may not always be very comfortable. It's much easier than keeping up with a bunch of lies.

Oh yeah, I've heard horror stories about things like that. A friend of mine will be stuck on her period for up to six months straight without birth control. o-o; I'm irregular, and my periods suck, but it's not that bad.

It kind of annoys me when people think it's so strange if someone isn't interested in dating. :/ I dunno; it feels like they're being a little too... something. XD *tired*


@ecco: XD You're terrible! I hate alcohol, cigs and drugs because of my past, so I'll probably never even dabble in any of it. Raz has apparently tried nearly everything though. @.@; He worries me sometimes, but at least I know that he's telling the truth when he says that he hasn't touched anything since middle school. Apparently THOSE were his wild and rebellious years.

I see, I see. I'm pretty different from all of my friends, but I think it's a good thing, haha.
