| I actually forgot what I 'wtf'ed about. lol
Today has been very emotional...but I didn't cry...atleast not that much..
I think..its all good now...didn't end the way I wanted but its good..
How is everyone else..?

ecco is ehhh ok i guess. the weathers gone crappy here so im freezing but my parents wont put the heating on cos its july... >_> at least i got a little sleep last night tho.
as for the pupils thing, i dont know XD the side effects last up to the first 2 weeks apparently o.o

Oooh..I slept really well last night and I didn't wake up that sore either.
I think its because I drank alot of water...keeps my body working better.

| almost definitely .gif) most people dont drink enough water.... it makes you feel a lot better when you do drink enough. and helps your skin too!

| I always wake up real thirsty but lately I've been drinking a lot more water...so yeah it does help. 8]
But I end up wanting to pee more at night so, bleh, not so nice.

Ecco, yup..it does help.
I make sure to drink atleast 5 bottles of water every day now..thats enough I think. My lips aren't as dry when I wake up now..

| Ace- Oh, I like your avi. Looks very summerish and bright. 8] Maybe you could buy those water flavouring like tetley infusions or crystal light. Or chug it. 8]
Branny- I have dry lips often...not that good. Though I think it's getting better. I like to chug down a bunch of water and then use the washroom before I sleep. I don't wake up really thirsty.

| Yeah, my poor lips are always peeling if I don't drink enough before...my fan usually dries them out too.. >.<;
My new house doesn't have as dry air as the old apartment..
I might open my window tomorrow to let in some new air, although the house has great air circulation. ^_^

| i always have lip balm with me wherever i go, cos i absolutely hate having dry lips! XD if i go a day without the stuff it drives me mad hahaha~

| Argh my lips are dry right now.
Yeah My skin isn't too dry naturally but I have eczema so getting dry skin and dry lips really gets me. My skin usually gets dry right after I bathe.
