| I'll try to keep all my pieces where they belong.
And I'll try to get my characters done during whatever downtime I have. But, unfortunately, you might need to wait until after the weekend is over.

| Name: Peter “Grey”. His true surname is unknown, and he’s not telling.

Tools:A hand and a half sword, a battle axe. A composite bow, with a quiver of thirty or so arrows. A pouch with a whetstone, flint, steel, repair hammer and various tools meant for weapon maintenance. Another pouch with tools for leather working and mending.
Appearance: Peter is just over six feet tall, with slate gray eyes. His hair is reddish brown in color, but he periodically will dye it black, to keep from standing out. He had a good amount of muscle toning, but doesn’t look outright buff. He dresses in leather breeches, which are tucked into his calf high boots. His chest is covered by a leather jerkin that looks like it’s been though several fights and has been mended in various places. His heavy leather belt has a number of pouches that hold his tools or items that are used for everyday things. His weapons are usually strapped to his back.
Personality: The half elf generally comes off as a cheerful fellow. He likes to laugh and joke around. But he knows when to be serious. He doesn’t care what people think of him, most of the time. However, he would rather punch someone in the face than admit that he’s scared of certain things. But he would never hit a lady, unless she was attacking him and he was forced to defend himself. Despite being a guard for hire, he’s got his own code of morals that he follows. He’ll downright refuse jobs that would involve doing things that would be morally offensive to him, (as well as a majority of the populace).
Biography: Peter grew up related to two worlds, but a part of neither. His mother, a human, died in childbirth, leaving him to be raised by his father, an elf. As the child had no aptitude for magical arts, he was taught the basics of woodland lore. He learned how to hunt, and track, with some skill. However things didn’t last. Peter grew faster that the other village children. This caused a number of small, but sometimes awkward, situations.
Not wishing to be a problem, in spite of reassurances of otherwise, Peter decided to leave the village once he was old enough. He set out with a trade caravan, promising to keep in touch. While with them, he learned various skills. From the guards, he learned more advanced methods of melee combat. In addition, he was taught how to maintain his gear while on the move. From the tradesman, her learned the value (and uses) of a properly tanned hide.
Peter remained with the caravan for a year before deciding to set off on his own again. When he didn’t hire himself out as a mercenary, he hunted for meats and furs. His catches are mostly traded for goods in nearby towns. As a matter of fact, he had been doing business in the town of Dorgnad's Creek, selling valuable furs. Unfortunately, for him, he was present when the snowstorm hit. In spite of insisting that he was capable of traveling under the frigid conditions, he was refused leave by the gatekeepers. So he must bide his time in the inn while the storm rages on without.
Played by: Tsemara
Edit: Quick question(s):
In addition to crafting weapons, armor and stuff, should repairing or maintaining said items count as a seperate skill? Or would that be involved in the general crafting skill?

| Nice character ^^ Added to the list!
And about your question... it's been bugging me when I was writing the skills. I mean, someone who just knew how to sharpen his blade or reattach/patch up pieces of his armor wouldn't be able to make them completely. However, someone who knew how to make an item would most likely be able to repair it successfully...
I think I'm gonna add repairing, but make it wider then the creation. Yep, that could work. Plus, you aren't limited to a certain number of competences, so it won't really change anything.
BTW, guys, I should make that clearer, but the armor skill doesn't need a rank. Either you know how to wear it or you don't. So yeah, you can jsut cut the Novice, Apprentice or whatever you choose ^^
*goes to make that clearer in the text*
Also, today is setting day! In other word, it's the day where I hit my head against the wall until I get a proper setting written up.
*gets bandaids and tylenol ready*

| Well, I re-RE-edited the competences, and I'm not sure what to do with her communication ability. She talks to cats as easily as she talks to the humanoid races, but it's not exactly special because she turns into a cat and automatically gains the ability to do so. Should I keep it at skilled, or go higher?
And I admit... I added a few talents to her list because I didn't see them on the big list. I put in Sleight of Hand and Perform, if that's alright.

| That answers my question. No, she doesn't really want to be known for it at all.
