The more and more I look at the picture the more of a story I have for it but I am not sure it would turn out as a good advanced rp.

Mmm... I enjoy fae plots.

One of my oldest characters is the daughter of the Faerie Queen and Tomas the Rhymer. She makes her living as a street performer.

Well I was playing Zelda and Korkiri forest and the lost woods has been playing on my mind.

So I have an idea of a forbidden forest that you wander into and discover a strange villge and thats why the forest has been forbidden but I am not sure what kind of year or type of creatures to really use.

Well if I understand corectly I post the form here for the rp contest. I hope you find it good enough and hopefully I explained everything ok if I have not let me know what I need to edit to elaborate more or make more clear.

I want to make a role-play!

Name(s) of the creator(s): KoyiTar

Setting: A small village on bordering what is known as the forbidden forest. The name of the world is Coral the village is called the village is called Sangre.
Plot: At the current time the plot is to discover what is really in the forest and why it is so forbidden. This will become more elaborate as things role along but for now that’s all I have for a plot.
Level: Advanced

Introduction: The forest is forbidden that is what has always been said no one ever says why. The only explanation is that is just is now stop asking questions about it, is what has always been told to you. Of course you wonder why it’s forbidden when people come to your village from the forest to trade. They look like any other normal people from your own village so you wonder why they are allowed in the forest but you’re not. One day as your going about your own business you discover that the gate leading from the village into the forest has been left open and unguarded. Your curiosity and a bright sparkling light seem to draw you to the gate. Before you know it you’re in the forest and can’t find your way back to your home. The path that had been there moment before is gone and all you hear is childlike laughter from somewhere. Following it you discover a strange looking village with curious looking creatures. Some have odd markings all over their body’s some have, wings, others even have the features of animals or are talking animals. As you study them from afar you hear a strange voice. Why have you come little one now you can never go home. You look down at your arms as you feel an odd tingling sensation and see that your arms are changing their shape become thin like sticks same with the rest of your body. Your becoming different changed one of the people with wings approaches you and takes you hand after placing a straw hat on your head. Welcome little one it says while leading you into the village to others that look like how you have become now.

Rules: 1: As always abide by Midorea’s rules
2: No godmodding
3: No killing one another or other lost ones of Fae
4: At least a paragraph a post and be as active as posible
5: Only two chars per person
6:Rules can be added at any time.

Information to players: This is basically a Fae style rp. You start out as human but upon reaching the Fae village you begin to transform becoming what many in the human village call a lost being. Not all become this way some are able to return to the human village though you are never the same and eventually the forest calls you back and you become a lost one completely.((Basically you go mad and everyone typically shuns you.))
Profiles should look like this
Name: Your char’s name
Age: Your char’s age
Appearance: what your char looks like such as height weight hair color eye color etc.
Played by: You of course.
Other Information:This is loosely based around the Korkiri forest and lost woods of the Zelda games. That’s one of the reason the forest is mainly forbidden to humans if you go in you don’t come out the same. Think Skull child if you want a general idea of where I am going with the Lost ones. Though you do not have to be a child to become a lost one. Such as in the Zelda games. Only kids become skull children while adults become more sinister. This is meant to be fun and a coming into what you are now rp. You can start out as a lost one and even be a Fae if you like though I would prefer mostly Humans to start out. I myself will have a Fae char as well as a lost on char to Balance things out for the most part. You can each have two chars if you like just try and keep up with who you’re playing at the time. That’s all for now I think. Hope this is good. It was when it first popped into my head.

Yeah I am a supper huge nerd especially when it comes to Zelda. That forest made me think of an old collaborative story that me and a friend worked on called becoming the skull child. This is a very loose base though with the Fae being the main circle instead of the Korkiri or the fairy s of Zelda. I have always loved Fae and figured since I don't think there is a Fae RP why not.

Have you ever played the table top game Changeling from Whitewolf? It's one of my favorites.

I'ma try and make an entry at some point. I've been thinking about it, but can't seem to get anything that isn't Changeling or Fern Gully >_<

You still have plenty of time to find something.
Though obviously some of the entries will be similar (because of the setting and all), I don't really care as long as you don't copy exactly what someone else said.
Also, you can go outside the forest if you want. Basically, the picture is just there as inspiration, not as something you must have all the time in your story.

So yeah, have fun and write stuff XP
