You can't fool me Maeve. I know you never have a plot. You've said so yourself on several occasions.

I know Duh
But I'm trying to take better habits and start making some.
Though I'll probably just forget it, or get annoyed with it, and pursue on the good old road without a plan. Laugh

Note to self:
Make plot before the role-play start.

Thing is, I have some idea of where I want to take everything. Though, I never formally write them, and so after a while they get all mixed up and confused, or just doesn't apply anymore.
Need to write more XD

Well, with so many people getting involved in a roleplay, things can never exactly go as planned. However, you always have the option of steering the role play in a particular direction.

... by making things explode. Jab

Yup, it's pretty much what I think.
I don't want to make some really strict plot where I'll have to push people all the time to make them do what I want. I'm too lazy for that, and not a good enough role-player to make it happen without everyone else realizing I'm pushing them in a direction.
I just want to have a basic idea of where everything is going, so that I can act accordingly when I post, especially about things like what NPCs and other important characters are doing and such...

Lately, I've been breaking out my dice to figure out what I want some of my characters to do. Like when I have a few too many ideas of what I want to do. I did that with our one on one a couple times.

Wow, I feel like such a geek sometimes.

Nice idea ^^ I've recently found my old D&D dice, and I've been wondering if I could do anything with them.

But we love geeks, don't we? Wink

Geeks are awesome. They will rule the world one day.

Now I want to play D&D. But not fourth edition. I hear it's messed up.

Character's name: Melanie “Mel” K. Grey
Sex: Female
Age: 16
Race: Human
Rank: Newbie
Specialization: None.
Description: Melanie is built differently than most girls her age, at least in her neck of the woods. She’s tall (About 5’11”) with broad shoulders. She may look large,(She blames her size for that.) but has only an average amount of muscle toning. Her background is a bit hard to place, at a glance. Tan skin with freckles. Straight reddish brown hair. And eyes the color of slate, that have a hint of Asian descent within them.
She usually wears clothes that fit loosely around her large frame. Back home, she’d wear jeans or cargo pants and a T-shirt. She prefers being barefoot, but wears large boots when she’s out in public.
Biography: Melanie had recently graduated from High School, but really had no plans on where to go next. When she wasn’t attempting to find a job, or wasting time with her cousin, she was reading. She used to daydream about being whisked off to strange worlds and having adventures. One day, on her way home from her usual comic book and gaming shop, she happened upon a newly formed portal. Perhaps, she wished too hard.
Monsters: None.
Items: A pocketknife, her wallet, and a bag of comics before she “fell” into the portal. They might have been dropped before being transported, or have disappeared since.

Character's name: Helen Stafford
Sex: Female
Age: 32
Race: Human
Rank: Platinum Badge
Specialization: Medic
Description: Helen is 5'8" tall and has a normal stature. She as long, deep brown hair that she often keeps tied in two pigtails at the base of her neck. She has deep green eyes and a friendly smile, most of the time at least. She can often be seen wearing what appears like a mix between a kimono and a lab coat, made of pale silk, or a modified version of the uniform. She doesn't really wear any accessory, but always keeps her medic kit, watch and armband on her.
Helen is caring and friendly. She is also a bit perfectionist and reserved, and often appears to be busy working or studying something. However, she loves helping others and is always ready to stop what she is doing to do so. She appreciates mentoring new students and keeps in touch with her previous protégés. She appears like one of the most intelligent teachers of the Academy, and one of the most powerful too, though she doesn't seek power and prefers to stay where she is. She devoted her life to the Academy and will so anything to protect it.
Biography: Helen arrived at the Academy 20 years ago. Her younger brother, Bertram, was born with a medical condition and was always in the hospital, so she used to pass by before and after school to see how he was and keep him company. One day, coming home from the hospital, she noticed a strange glowing thing on the side of her house and headed to see what it was. That was at the time where the portals just started to appear more frequently on Earth, and they weren't known at that time. She approached it and got sucked into it.
She woke up in the Academy the next day. She quickly got used to the new world, seeking to learn as much as possible about it. She was especially curious about the various healing skills the people there had developed, wondering if one of them could cure her brother. Unfortunately though, since she had no way of getting back to Earth, she probably could never see if any of those could help him, but she still pursued the study of medical sciences and devoted her life to the other students and inhabitants of the Academy.
Monsters: Danaë (Angel), Danusi (Giant Manta Ray)
Items: A medic kit (some bandages and little potions); "Mist", a long silver katana with a grey silk wrapped handle and some long silver silk ribbons as decorations
Played by: Maeve

Character's name: Aurelia Wolfe
Sex: Female
Age: 20 years old
Race: Human
Rank: Gold Badge
Specialization: None
Description: Aurelia is your typical 5'9" bombshell. She has wavy strawberry blonde hair going down a little under her shoulderline and deep blue eyes, a lightly tanned skin and some very light freckles on her cheeks. A large breast, thin waist and long legs complete the picture. Aurelia normally wears the red and black unifrom (because she thinks it fits the best with her), though she often let her shirt and blazer opened at the top, revealing her cleavage.
Aurelia appears to be a bit self-centered. She can however be extremely devoted to her friends and proteges, but only if she feels like it. She is normally rather lazy and prefers partying and daydreaming to working. She fully assumes her body and seems to take pleasure by seeing other people getting disturbed by it. She is normally quite open and friendly to people who act nicely with her, but can be quick to anger, especially if she has drunk too much...
Biography: Aurelia came to Terra and the Academy when she was 15 years old. She was daydreaming while walking to a friend house and got sucked by a portal. She doesn't regret her past life much, as she always felt it was boring for her and dreamed of more exciting things to do, which the Academy provided her. She was still a silver badge student when the attack of the shadow creature happened, and was promoted to gold badge level for her action during the battle. She also inherited some tasks from the people who disappeared during the battle, including being in charge of the first exam, which sometimes appear to annoy her.
Monsters: Sithabrata (Naga), Dusca (Wild Cat)
Items: None
Played by: Maeve
