Lunnaris lifted her massive silver wings and, in a few flaps, she was soaring in the sky. What a shame I have to make myself invisible. Then the humans would be able to admire and fear me, she thought to herself as she spotted a deer and started circling above it.'

Lunnaris gulped down the last of her meal before taking flight once more. She soared over the forest, feeling the life of the creatures struggling on in their fight to live and prosper somewhere in her ancient mind. Well, not as ancient compared to some of her kind, but ancient compared to humans and their such short lives. They seemed to come and go in a sigh, like candles being snuffed out before they can even start burning properly.
