Mine are Mini Fallen Deity Wings. They used to be sold in Black Market Imports, but will never be sold through there again.

Ecco's are part of the Vaspafoich Panoplia, which is a current donation item. Check out the thread here for information on it.

Welcome! :3 I wouldn't worry too much about the event, I myself only caught the last day of it so I only got 5/8 items. ^^; Once you play around the battle system a little and make a few posts you'll earn enough gold to start buying the things that you want, one missed event won't matter. =]
