Lotus Festival Roleplay '10!

(( Kinny's slow enough not to realize that. XD; *pats him on the head* ))

The boy wandered around, looking for Tu... Or anyone familiar. The crowds were moving around, and he kept ending up back at the stand, except that now it had other things instead of snacks. A different stand. His lower lip quivered. "Mister Tu?" he called out, feeling very lost.

[Di-Qiu Tu]

Tu gave the girl a pitiful expression. "Stay here, then. I'll see if I can find anything." He looked around for Kinny, but the boy was nowhere to be found. Worriedly, he began searching, hoping to find a medicine stand on the way.

[Kylana]

Ky wandered amongst the crowds for a bit, observing the intricate costumes and decorations filling the street. A boy was standing near her, looking rather saddened, so she took a few steps toward him.

"Are you looking for someone?" She scanned the crowd before bending down near him, not seeing anyone seeking him out.

[I walk with Time]

"Like I could go anywhere anyway..." Eclipse mumbled after the male had left.

Looking up, the boy hurried over and clung to Ky. "I can't find Mister Tu! He said I could have some treats, and then the crowd got really big... and there's someone hurt that he was helping too... and now I dun know where I am..." he whined, clinging tightly.

[Kylana]

"There there, sweetie, we'll find Mister Tu." Ky swallowed, realizing that she had no way to guarantee that promise but she would still do what she could for the frail-looking child. "I'm Kylana, by the way," she said, holding her hand out for him. "What does he look like?"

[Di-Qiu Tu]

Tu sighed, deciding to collect himself. It would do no good running around, worried about the boy. He retreated to the edge of the crowd and watched as people passed his line of sight, keeping an eye out for any sign of him. Walking against the crowd, he still watched.

Taking her hand, he nodded, looking reassured. "Well... he's tall, but most people are... and he's got black hair up in a bun on top of his head. He wears brown and green robes, and... um... he's got a really kind face." The boy nodded. "He's got a kinda longish face and a thinnish nose." he described, using his other hand to indicate height as best he could, then the bun was a fist on top of his head, then he used his hands to indicate the shoulders of the robes and face shape.

Luna landed on the Hill and layed stretched out comfortably and looked around, happy that there were few people here.

Eclipse looked around and coughed once or twice before passing out again from everything spinning so fast.

[Kylana]

"Thank you, that should help narrow it down a bit." She rose up on the balls of her feet, hoping to get a better view, though she wasn't very tall herself even at her age. "Hmm. Were you two planning on going somewhere and we could meet up with him there?"

"Um... We were near the snack stands..." he answered slowly, looking around. If his dad were here, his dad would have been able to find anyone, he was so tall! "He wanted me to go back to the bench that him and the hurt lady were on." he went on.

The boy fidgeted, trying hard to see around the crowd and catch a peek of green and brown. He did once, but the person wasn't Tu that was wearing it.

[Kylana]

"Bench, bench..." Did she remember seeing benches anywhere on the way here? She found the closest person and tapped on their shoulder while still clasping the boy's hand. "Excuse me, do you know a Mister Tu? About yay tall, wearing green and brown robes?" She really wished she new more about this place and the people in it -- she felt about as lost as this poor kid looked.

[Di-Qiu Tu]

"Kinny?" Tu strained to see but he did think that the child was Kinny, and that he was being taken away by a woman. "His... Mother?" The woman looked too young to be his mother, but Tu's politeness kept him from approaching the pair. Instead, he decided to figure it out more discreetly.

Luckily, the well needed medicine stand was next to the pair, so Tu casually walked up to it and got some gauze and antibiotic for the woman he had met earlier.

Taking his hand from the woman for a moment, he cupped his hands over his mouth. "Mister Tu!" he called loudly, "Where are you?" There was a pause, then: "Hey, I rhymed!" he exclaimed, hands no longer cupping around his mouth. He looked around some more. "Maybe if we look for medicine, we'll find him..." he suggested after a few moments.

Random Anonymous Dude looked at the two, then shrugged. "Sorry." he apologized. "Doesn't quite sound familiar, unless you mean Di-Qiu Tu, and I don't know where he is."

Eclipse lay on the bench, still bleeding.

Luna yawned and soon lay her head on her paws and slept again.
