There are different layers, so you just go to "Layer", choose whatever layer the item of clothing is on, and click on it. ^^

Click on the avatar button and it will take you to the page where you can change your clothes. There are free starter stuff on the hair, tops, vest, bottoms, and shoes layer. ^^

And then click on the "shops" button and it ill take you to the shops so you can buy items to wear on your avatar.
