| im not sure... all i know is that the east coast of america is 4 hours behind us, and the west coast is 8 hours behind :S

| um if you go to Account at the top, there are options in there and one of them has a drop down box with different timezones in it .gif) so you just pick GMT, altho since we're in daylight savings time i think we have to put GMT +1 or -1, im not sure which, but its one of those XD
