The comic he was in was based off of one of his albums, the Last Temptation, written by Neil Gaiman. Alice Cooper played the part of The Showman.

Sounds crazy. But I think I read enough comics without adding yet another to my list.

H'okay I made a character. He's a baddie! I'm probably gonna make a norm or a dreamer later, too.

I just gotta type up the bio and maybe edit it, since I got kicked off the computer and had to write it on paper ;_;

Anywho, I think he might be a bit overpowered, but I hate fighting in RP's, so that probably won't matter.

I say over powered because his abilities are Telekinesis and Shape changing (any human form) and he's master in both. If you want me to change that, no prob.

Also, he's crazy. Fun times!

We shall see. Your idea of overpowered and my idea of overpowered might not be the same. See, I'm totally a cheater in real life. I have a bazillion dream powers, so if I were to insert myself as is into the role play I'd totally be godmodding. No lie.

Two highly developed powers isn't generally a bad thing. And neither is crazy. Crazy is awesome.

I'd like to add a dreamer ability, if I may. Mostly because I wanna switch out the weapon summoning for this one.

What about Glamer? It would include changing appearance, making others think positively about you, and other mood-changing-style abilities.

Oh yes, and I genuinely have no say over what you do with your thread, but you should add a "Story so far" section in the normal roleplay so that people that want to join in don't have to read page after page of roleplay. Or so people who are away from the computer for a while can get back in easily. Just my thought.

I had been considering something like adding a "Story thus far" section. But so far I've been waiting for a couple more pages to be added before making one. *Cough cough*Lazy*Cough* Like every five or ten pages or whatever I'll update it.

I'm not so sure about Glamour. Or at least that's how I've seen it spelt. I've never actually heard of it being used. The changing shape falls under the shape changing ability. Influencing another, however, feels like cheating, even for a Dreamer. Let me think about this one a bit.

PROFILE!! YAAAY!!

Name: Reverend Alistair Shaw
Nickname: The Reverend
Age: Forty-six
Gender: Male
Occupation: Contrary to what he might tell you, he is not actually a reverend. Unemployed.
Faction: Nightmare
Abilities: Master shape changer - can take any human form/alter his features.
Master telekinetic - He can lift many, many small things at once, as well as one or so very large ones. While his telekinesis is 'strong' - he is able to lift terribly heavy things - it is not very agile. He finds it difficult to move something in a perfectly straight line, or change it's direction quickly. It is, you might say, more of a hammer then a sword. He mainly uses this ability to 'throw' things.
Personality: Shaw is a fanatic. He has paranoid schizophrenia, and is very egocentric. He's extremely intense and determined, seeing it as his duty to 'save' Dreamers who do not share his ideology. He has drastic mood swings, and while extraordinarily charismatic most of the time, he loses his charm, along with his temper, easily.
Description: A tall and lanky man, the Reverend dresses all in black except for the white on his - stolen - collar. His face is lined and craggy, with deep set dark eyes below thick yet still expressive eyebrows. He is lightly tanned and needs glasses when reading. His hair, typically impeccable, is naturally dark black-brown, but is now more gray then anything. Shaw wears it fairly short and slicked back. He tries to shave everyday but when caught up in something he often forgets.
Biography: Shaw has been in and out of psychiatric hospitals since he was a teen, but when he was twenty-five, Shaw began to have dreams in which he looked like someone else – his father, his doctor, a celebrity. A hallucinatory voice informed him that 'God' had granted him this power to help him in a mysterious mission. After a few weeks, Shaw succeeded in taking on the guise of a visitor and escaping. To him, this ability was the proof he needed that the voices he heard were, in fact, real, unlike what the doctors had told him. He met a few other Dreamers - Nightmares - who told him that their kind was superior to 'norms'. The voice explained that God had decided the world was full of sinners, and needed another flood in the form of Dreamers; that this was his mission. Since then, Shaw has been on a campaign of purification, preaching to Dreamers in an attempt to convert them to Nightmares along the way.
Other: Because of his schizophrenia, Shaw suffers from auditory and tactile hallucinations, as well as delusions of grandeur and persecution.

^__^ thank you!

By the way, I don't mean to offend anyone with the Rev's religious beliefs. I, myself, am not religious, but from what I know of schizophrenia, people who are religious often believe they are jesus or God or the devil is talking to them etc etc.

Besides, crazy = fun, but crazy + fundamentalist = ....oh crud, I can't think of something witty to put here. Sad

Very fun???

Ooh! I got it! Fundementerrific!

and I figured out a better way to manage the glamer power- it's more like an illusion ability. In Spirited Away and a bunch of fairy tales, supernatural beings would take rocks and leaves and make them look and feel like gold and jewels. That's how glamer would work- it would be the ability to make things look and feel like other things, as long as they were a similar size.

Oh yes, I have always spelled the faerie ability Glamer, because to me Glamour=Fashion Sense.

Name: Stella McKnight
Nickname: Star
Age: 21 years old
Gender: Female
Occupation: College student / Performer
Faction: Dreamer
Abilities:
Master at Physical Enhancement: Stella has a better flexibility and balance than most people. She can easily perform contortionist and equilibrist's tricks, walking around on her hands or squeezing herself into objects that are obviously too small for a normal body to fit into. However, she doesn't really like all the twisting and squeezing, since she often gets body pain from it. She also has pretty strong leg muscles, which allows her to do long jumps and to kick pretty hard. Though, they are not developed to make her run faster, so her running speed is pretty much the same as a normal human.
Apprentice at Gravity Defiance: Stella sometimes seems to stick to walls and other vertical surface. She doesn't really control it though, and more often than anything she will end up falling back where she came from, but it's still there.
Apprentice Chi User: Stella has started to practice making small shields out of her energy, though she is not that good at it yet. She can create a round shield of four feet of diameter, though it easily disappears if her concentration breaks.
Personality: Warm and friendly, Stella loves to have people around her. She doesn't talk a lot, though she is always ready to listen to what others have to say. She easily trust people, though if her trust is betrayed, she won't give it back easily. She can sometimes seem distant or cold, but that's normally because she tends to get lost in her thoughts if she has nothing to do and has a hard time getting back to reality sometimes. She doesn't like rude people, but she usually tries ot stay polite even with people she doesn't appreciate. If she feels trapped in a situation or if she gets angry, her actions can become unconsidered and unpredictable.
Description: Stella looks like an average girl: 5'6", pale skin, wavy blond hair with pale brown highlights going down to her shoulder, blue eyes, athletic built. She usually wears blue hairpins to keep her hair from falling in her face, though she will tied them into a ponytail or bun if she's going to perform some tricks. She wears dark jeans with a pair of snickers and a dark T-shirt or long sleeve cotton shirt, depending of the weather. Occasionally, she will had a vest or some accessories, though she doesn't like things that flashes to much. Her performer suit is composed of a stretched shirt and pants that looks like leggings, and she has kits of various colors to fit the situation. She only wears that for shows and takes it off as soon as possible.
Biography: Stella was born in a normal family, the youngest of two kids. She spent her childhood in a quiet neighbourhood playing with her brother and the other kids, never realizing that she had any sort of power. She was an active kid, and her parents pushed her to do gymnastics and other sports when she was young. She left those activities when she was a teenager, but soon became a parkour addict. It was like if her body was made for that sport, and she enjoyed it a lot. Later, she started performing some small tricks she had created, doing various contortions and walking on strings or on her hands, during local events to get some money. The girl left her family three years ago to pursue her studies in a nearby town. At the same time, she started having more and more dreams, the kind of dreams that seemed so true you couldn't believe they were just dreams. She started being interested in dream interpretation, and after many readings and reflexions, she came to the conclusions that her physical abilities probably came from the Dreamscape. She then started to practice using other dream abilities to see if it could be true and realized that she could materialized her energy to form small force shield. She has been training since then, but has not made significant progress.
Other: Stella carries a long wood staff with her most of the time. She uses it to practice her tricks and as a walking stick, but she can also fight with it if needed.
