In my invo the very first item is blank with a 18/0. o.o Should I just delete it or does it have some significant value?

Now it's 11 or 0.

I am currently looking at your inventory and you have an item with 0/0 duration, and everything is blank. Do you see this item in your inventory? If so, can you give/delete the item? (do not actually give/delete it though)
