It might be a good idea to make a note to users about the use of these: > & <... I used one in the battle chat and all posts below mine are gone... ^^;

EDIT:
Also, is there anyway to have the text box on the battle chat not auto refresh? It deletes what was being typed and then I end up typing in keyboard shortcuts. Heh...

Don't feel bad; I think we've all made that mistake before. xP That's why I disabled html in everything. I can't always see post layouts but it's worth it because I use faces like ">_> ><;" a lot.

Cat, is the chat box written in PHP? If so, you can just add a preg_match around the code that submits the message.
