Oh, I had noticed something a while ago, but forgot to report it.
The link at the bottom of the page, "Help", is linked to the rule page. I'm guessing it should say "Rules" instead, since there's not much use for a help link there (and it would be more logical to have "Rules" beside the ToS and Privacy Policy).
