if you mean her purple creature, thats an Imp.
you can either get one by fighting imps in the battle system til you get the item drop, orrrr buy one in the market. they go pretty cheap .gif)

the purple skin is the item Demonias Stigma, it comes with purple tattoos and a purple base. its from the halloween 09 event, so you have to buy one from another user now if you want it.
what blue stuff fo you mean?
getting the healing potions just takes a LOT of time and persistance in battling XD
